Bad quality

I had it professionally installed and everything was great. After having it for almost a year the volume up button stopped working and a couple months after the top right of the screen stopped working too.

Kenwood car stereo

No simple exchange

In order to take advantage of the Kenwood warranty I have to remove the unit and ship it to a Kenwood service facility. So no stereo in my truck for a month or 2. I will never buy from JVCKenwood again.
