Intuitive interface. The power from the receiver is good although it does cut off some bass. Most people would pair it with a sub woofer and I recommend that. The Bluetooth connection is great. I have it paired to a Moto Z2 and it connects quickly and begins playing the last source automatically. It also shows what is being played on the screen of the receiver with more info then even the factory receiver.

Love my new kenwood bluetooth CD player . It's what I expected and more and love the fact that it had built phone compatibility for hands free talking.....I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family in the future.....thanks again Best Buy

This unit does everything very well. If you are looking for a gps unit, this one doesn't have it built in but I wouldn't spend the extra money. Just plug in your Android phone and Google maps works just as good. My only complaints are it only has one USB port and to use Android auto, you have to plug your phone up to it. Some of the more expensive models have wireless Android auto.

Radio is amazing. Great sound quality. I wish the Best Buy reps would have informed me about all the features. Many of them are not comparable with my vehicle and I would have considered a different option. Installation was functional, but trim pieces were put in very sloppily. Had to redo it myself.

I needed to update my radio and this Kenwood seemed to fit the bill and it was on sale too!! I have a few complaints: the touchscreen is weird. It just doesn't respond well. Sometimes it just sits there no matter how much I tap it. I'm not sure if I'm tapping too lightly or with too much force. The stations come up on the passenger's side of the screen and it just shows the logos for the channels. If you don't recognize the logo then you don't know which channel you're getting. Also, it hooks into the backup camera and which is very fuzzy at night. I don't remember that it was like that before. One more thing, the only way you can get bluetooth is if your phone is plugged into the usb port. All that being said, the sound is very good.

I am very happy with this purchase. I love that I am able to make calls without touching my phone. I had been wanting to update the stereo in my car but was not sure if it was the right thing to do since I was scare to mess up the electrical parts in my car. I am glad I did update the stereo. The technician that install the stereo did an awesome job.

Bought a car radio, it was defective so it wouldn’t work, install guys were great, bought about her one actually an upgrade- only thing daughter really wanted was a screen and apple car play. Got it installed they did a great job, well get it home trying to figure it out and the version we got does not have car play even though it says clearly on receipt KEnwood stereo with apple car play, think we might have for an older version. Have t been back in to try to rectify it Again the store guys were awesome, got the radio shipped from another store, and put in what the got

Really happy with this purchase! This deck has all the functions you expect out of a modern deck, it looks good and sounds great (even with my stock system). Love that I can still do dual zone to put a DVD on for my kids while I listen to music up front.

I had this stereo installed in my 2020 Dodge Journey. The technician that installed it did a flawless job! It looks like it came with the vehicle. I love the Apple Car Play. It is so nice having maps, SiriusXM, Pandora, Spotify, and Bluetooth in my vehicle! The only issue that I had was with glare off of the radio from the Texas sun. I couldn’t see the screen at all. I did end up purchasing a 6.8” anti glare phone screen protector that was meant for a Samsung phone. With the protector, it has helped tremendously with absolutely no glare. Just something to help if you have glare problems with the stereo screen. I definitely recommend this stereo!

Nice stereo, it is very advanced would not suggest for anyone who doesn’t love to adjust every detail of the sound and is not good with advanced tech because this will challenge you. I would recommend but only for the music enthusiast.

This is a great unit! Easy to navigate, and sounds great. I added the back up camera and the display is crisp and clear. Well worth the money! The Best Buy audio installers were friendly, helpful, and did a perfect installation.
