Excellent screen. Easy to use so far. Having some glitches. Backup camera doesn't always engage in reverse. Whole unit randomly shuts down then restarts. I haven't tried the navigation yet. Best Buy's installation is perfect. It looks like it was always there.

Great upgrade in my Tahoe... very easy to use and intuitive

It was installed and I was ready to go, easy to use, great speaker and microphone for incoming and out going calls. The back up camera that was attached works great.

Took a few minutes to figure out what buttons do what. First installer couldn't figure out how to manually tune in a station. Senior installer showed how to change from AUTO to Manual. I like the Garmin GPS which was a big factor on the purchase of this unit. Would have given 5 stars if the unit had voice recognition. You and use Siri with Apple CarPlay but that will get you into the MAPS application. Only way to use the Garmin GPS is to manually type it in and you can only do that while vehicle is stopped.

Not the easiest software to use. Once it pairs with the 2 phone limits it was hard to change :( Overall, great system that sounds great... just keep your book!

The GPS is spot on. The main reason I bought this system is the HD radio. Once I got familiar with the system it became very easy to use.

Great deal on an open box... does everything, plays all media too. Navigation looks sharp and the backup camera option works flawless.

It has been many years since I’ve actually purchased an after sales audio for my vehicles and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. As a result I’ve considered changing the Intellalink radios in my other vehicles.

My install for my stereo, remote start, and satellite radio went smoothly although it took 7+ hours when I was told it’d take 2. Now my car engine light is on. Otherwise, my equipment works.

The geek squad installed this stereo with no problem. Everything seemed to work correctly. The stereo purchase even came with live traffic updates for a few months through Kenwood traffic power by/ Inirx and android auto to get some of the stereo GPS features to work correctly. I did have to install 2 applications for my android phone.I was able to get a good price on this when it went on sale

I look over the radio, but the guy AJ who put it in really showed me how to use it. I thought I knew the radio until after AJ walk me thru it I’m very happy now

Great sound and easy to navigate. Great stereo for a reasonable price.

Each time you pick a different source for music. To get a good sound you need to go into sound controls and make all new adjustments for optimum sound. This drives me nuts! Even when you change a radio station, everything changes. It can actually sound terrible from certain ones to another. It has source volume offsets, I’m going to try adjusting those in (seems like that should be automatic) But.! When tuned in properly it sounds great. Don’t have a passenger next to you with bright clothing because you won’t be able to read the screen. Other functions work great. I like the fact you can move control buttons where you want them. But another thing I don’t like is you only get 4 radio stations per screen without scrolling to the next. What’s up with that? Just using the radio, to much time spent looking at the screen and not the road. Do design engineers use things befor they put them on the market? I don’t mean to make this unit sound that bad because it isn’t ! I just feel for that kind a money I shouldn’t have to adjust, adjust, adjust.

Love the apple car play, the garmin gps works great!

The install went smoothly without any complication. The Geek Squad did a great job installing. The receiver functions great. Good sound with the stock speakers. It was well worth the upgrade from the old stock radio. I have only one issue Apple Car play cannot be activated through blue tooth. A USB cord must be used.

It would been greater if it tilts bottom outward so I can see better because it was installed at the lower side.
