I completely love this radio from being able to using Wireless Bluetooth phone calls, from enjoying my music. instead of the standardized radio that came with it the installation was the best part and being able to find this product actually in the store customer service was very helpful with adding it to my card talking to me on the phone with ensuring that I had the right product and what was needed to install this product was needed and in stores which I greatly appreciate.

Got this radio for a great price, has everything you need in a stereo.

It doesnt get any more simple than this interface. So easy to use, but it is NOT fancy. Does not have ApplePlay, only Android. The backup camera is meh. Video coukd be way clearer. The sound coming from my cheap factory speakers is by far the best part. So much more imaging and highs/lows. Volume is louder and clearer than factory head unit.

Great quality deck for the price. Android and Apple friendly. Supports back up camera.

So far so good. I am not tech savvy and so far I found playing with this in my car that I am getting more comfortable using it and well as enjoying it, too.

My rating is based not on the service and installation I received but for the actual product and at spending 377.00+ dollars on a product (having to buy the ridiculous over priced wire harness to make your factory steering wheel volume controls and backup camera work) I would expect that this radio would come with SiriusXM in it but it was definitely a surprise to me after it was installed that the technician after being asked to show me a quick run down on how the radio worked told me it did not have it and that I would now have to get the radio taken out and purchase another one for an additional 130.00 dollars if I wanted that feature. I thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous to spend almost half a grand to get a radio installed that is pretty plane Jane. The face doesn’t display the names of the songs when you have your phone connected to an app like YouTube so most of the time since I don’t want to be limited to just my local radio station all it shows across the screen is “untitled artist untitled track” sometimes trying to use it to answer calls doesn’t work either. I am not thrilled with this radio by any means but for the amount of time I am in the car it’s deal able at the moment. The technician that installed it was very nice and took his time going over things. But I literally had to wait over a month since purchase before the product was even installed because of their backed up schedule. It’s to bad they are the only place in town to get these things done any more. I did explain to the original sales rep all the features I wanted before purchase so it was to my understanding the SiriusXM would have come with this. But maybe my fault for thinking he was knowledgeable on the products and also my fault for not doing my own research: this radio is so so and does mostly what I need it to but I wouldn’t buy it again knowing all I know now.

I’ve been driving around with this for a few months now and it’s a Economic choice. It gives me what I need, which is satellite, radio and directions on the screen.

This is the first time I've ever thought about putting a car stereo in one of my own vehicles and I have to say it was well worth the money I spent on buying it and having it professionally installed. I love that I am able to connect my phone to the Bluetooth built in so I can continue to do hands free driving.

This radio has minimal features and is not worth the price. The touch screen is not responsive and has to be touched several times to function. In some cases the screen does not respond at all. It would have been nice if Kenwood included a clock when the radio is in the off position. Had this not been a custom install I would have returned the unit. The only good thing is it sounds okay when you actually get to the selection you want.

This radio is a perfect fit into my 2008 Toyota Tacoma. It makes much better sound than the stock radio ever dreamed of...

Best Buy always has what I need, I have gotten every piece of car audio equipment from them. Always the best price and always the best products. I tell everyone I know that I get all my car audio equipment from Best Buy.

I bought this without fully reading, I assumed it was Bluetooth however it came with a cord that required you to plug your phone in for it to connect. Other than that it worked great.

Does the job. It’s difficult to turn the volume up and down quickly because it’s all touch screen.

Almost perfect!! The touch screen does not zoom or swipe. Everything else is just what I needed.

I love this flat screen touch. It gives a more modern update to the vehicle for great value! I like that I can connect my device to it and rock out!

It works perfectly and i got it installed by geek squad i 110% recommend buying radios from best buy and getting geek squad to installment i also got it installed for free
