    I am very happy with the Navigation! I am very happy with the installation. I am NOT very happy with the fact that unit just started freeking out today. I was backing up using the rear view and it went haywire. Then straightened out and has worked fine since?!?!? I AM glad I purchased the protection plan................

    The employee that sold us the radio, does not anything. Sold us wrong radio. Our radio we got still does not work right. Going to heck when we get back to Tulsa okla to check on it

    They techs did not know what they where doing and they keep telling me I needed more and more parts for my car and it asked them from the very beginning make sure I have everything I needed and they said no problem. They kept calling me over and over again. They finally said they don't carry a certain parts for my car and they radio can't be installed. They should be fired. I am never going there again. Management should be fired.

    Horrible experience. Was scheduled to have it installed on a Saturday showed up early to get all my parts and nothing was there. they had me drive to a whole different Best buy to pick everything up which is something Best buy should have done that's not my job that was theirs. During install the installation team damaged my truck and has refused to they also did a horrible job at installing the deck as it's not even seated right.

    The radio does not pickup the call it just drops trying to get service dept to fix but no phone number? I got the kenwood radio for my chevy.
