This radio was purchased for a 1999 F350. While the specification stated it would fit, several things had to be modified to work. The HMDI port required a Right Angle HDMI adapter to fit. Radio sounds good, solid sound and plenty of features. Bluetooth connects with zero issues. Android Auto/Car play was a big disappointment. It will not work with Sirus Mobil or Amazon Music. If the radio is using either of these the moment to go to Android Auto feature like Google Maps they are disconnected. I have found no phone that works with MHL seems most vendors discontinued that feature for some time. Samsung 4 was the last Samsung model. I was told Moto G 4 was the last Motorola phone so that feature is mute today. Regardless of what equalizer setting you use of the presents, it resets to default setting on power up. If I had paid the normal price for this I would be very disappointed. Getting it 1/2 price on a Black Friday ad is fitting since about half the features I purchased it for work

Good deck for being a google nav unit . aka use your android phone, it works great. some of the functions are hard to find but when you figure it out Its smooth sailing. I have used google maps under android auto and it is more accurate than my new garmin gps.Thats alot to say. Sound quality is better than my 2014 dvd deck. Very Spot on. Not much to say but it does have tilt screen control etc bluetooth works awesome calls are clear. nav works perfect. It turns on way faster than the older dvd units. i have no real complaint. google maps works offline so dont fear if you are worried if you have no cell service

Bought it for the Carplay, it's a great option for iPhone users. I don't have many compliants with this unit. Carplay is finicky sometimes with connecting to my iPhone. I get the best success with starting the car with my iPhone connected. The sound is great and can be customized to your preference.

Exceeded my expectations. Still have not been able to fine tune all functions, as there are so many. So many options to get different sound atmosphere for different types of music. Easy Bluetooth setup, and Android Auto app. Works great.

This new unit replaced an old deck that stopped playing cds and boy was it an upgrade. Love the Android Auto function and the ease of touch screen and navigation without paying for service!!! Should of upgraded long ago!!!

I bought this Kenwood car stereo on Black Friday at Best Buy and already had it installed also at Best Buy. The stereo is absolutely amazing. The CarPlay feature works flawlessly. The HD radio was a really nice surprise.

I got this after needing a new radio due to mine not working. I went off of start reviews on store and from previously owning one like it in the past. Having the upgraded version to Apple CarPlay was well worth it. Easy to use and the camera hooked into my original factory camera. Had it installed by Best Buy and had no issues. Would choose this radio if your looking for Apple CarPlay with back up camera. I have subs and the sound quality is amazing.

Love this head unit. Purchased for Apple CarPlay after previously owning a Kenwood with navigation built in. Have yet to miss the navigation

Had this radio installed in my truck to replace an older model. Excellent screen display and easy to use hands free features. Also plenty of settings to get a clean sound. Great buy!

I love this receiver so much, that I'm volunteering to run errands for my wife just so that I can play with this new radio in our car. Absolutely love ApplePlay . . . game changer. No more holding my phone for Maps in one hand to and driving with the other. Elegant looking, easy to use touchscreen. No regrets!

This stereo has everything I was looking for to replace the broken one in my car. Sound is great, touch screen is easy to read and make selections. Love Apple CarPlay!

I purchased this head unit after the stock one in my car died unexpectedly. I needed a touch screen navigation platform to replace it and came across this one. The price seemed a tad on the high side at first but it was beyond worth it. I’ve owned this unit for about 8 months now and it’s become the highlight of my cars interior, it does everything you could possibly need it to and then some.

Apple Car play was the main reason I bought this radio. I have been extremely impressed with all of the features I was unaware that it had. Excellent sound quality and a very cool look.

This is a really great head unit, I have had a Kenwood previously and this one is even better. It has a ton of features and is easy to use. I haven't used the car play features yet, so I cannot comment on that feature at this time. Installation was straight forward, the hardest part was hiding all the wires, there are a lot of them. The dual camera feature is a nice touch.

Overall I like this, still a few issues I am trying to resolve / figure out, I replaced built in system with navigation in a 2008 Lucerne. There are a lot of features, the main issues it solved for me were taking calls while driving and navigation with traffic / goggle maps. I also listen to my own music from Amazon, XM and OTA. Adding a backup camera helps me in parking lots. Would recommend

This Kenwood radio is nothing short of Spectacular. Apple car play works great and all other functions are easy to use.

This radio exceeds my expectations. Android auto works perfectly. Awesome sound lots of options, very solid, many options easy to setup and plenty of connections to expand your car audio system. Responsive screen., Interaction with LG and Samsung Androids is very useful with car play. Installed by Geek squad. She was fantastic.

Really looked forward to finally having a touch screen on the dash board. It didn't let me down. Love Apple play

I bought this on Black Friday of 2017 was reduced down by 400+ dollar and came with free geek squad installation a 150-200 dollar value . All i had to buy was a wiring harness ( $16) and a Bezzle for the screen ( $16 ) and that’s it has apple car play which i use my gps off of and the microphone quality is actually amazing for picking up my voice during phone calls even with my 600+HP truck with a stage for cam and straight piped all the way callers don’t have a problem hearing me during calls
