Great head unit for the price, large clear display, easy install

Great head unit. Have had it for a couple months with no issues.

1999 F150 Supercab 4wd, daily driver since 2000, brought up to date with this receiver. Sounds so much better. Backup camera installed at the same time. Everything I wanted. Works great. Very pleased.

Great sounding and looking radio. The apple play is awesome. The clock and compass wouldn't work at first. I found out it needed a firm ware update. Downloaded from kenwoods web site and installed very easily. I'm a happy camper now.

Added this unit to an '09 Subaru Forester, and the addition of XM, and especially CarPlay have been a godsend. The interface is overcomplicated, but functional when you get the hang of it. Only other gripe is that occasionally the screen goes blank when the iPhone is plugged in, and the only way to get it back is to restart the unit.

I typically lean more towards a Pioneer HU however this is my first Kenwood and I am pretty satisfied I went this headunit. I have both Android and Apple devices and use this HU for both. Provides exceptional functionality for both ecosystems and can't complain about anything. If I had to nitpick for cons about the HU, I would have to just say the brightness could be better in direct sunlight however it's not a deal breaker for me. Quality is top notch expected from a well known brand like Kenwood. In addition, the price tag is a bit steep but it's worth it for all the functionality it provides. Absolutely love it and almost looks close to an OEM HU but not quite.

It sounds awesome, is easy to use. We have used the navigation, stereo, phone and backup camera and they work great! Love this stereo! We bought it for our Class C and it's perfect!

replaced in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. huge improvement in sound quality and many more functions over factory oem. android auto was a huge plus works as well as can be expected.

Apple/Android CarPlay is so cool! I would also suggest going with the Maestro harness if it's available for your vehicle I can see all kinds of cool information about my car from the radio!

I'm able to screen mirror from my S6 on this device with an HDMI adapter that I also bought at best buy. With that small hdmi adapter it allows me to watch anything from my phone from Netflix to YouTube even while I drive, with out any wires! It has great video resolution also!

Sounds great with the Honda factory speakers in the Ridgeline even though the sub-woofer can’t be connected. Easy control, responsive. Dialog that must be dismissed is no big deal.

Great radio with a lot of features. It has HD radio, Apple Car Play, DVD, rear camera ability, large screen and many more options. It definitely was a good purchase.

Controls are super easy to manage. Apple CarPlay is a great feature to use and you can set your sound settings for different audio modes like Radio, iPhone, HDMI.

Happy with the quality and features of the stereo. The quality of sound. Both front and rear cameras. Can connect dual phones to Bluetooth. Display on the screen.

Installed in my motorhome works great, thanks to salesman Edward who recommended this product cost little more but am I ever satisfied have shown it off and everyone were impressed at it’s clarity
