Really didn't know what to expect with these. I have them hooked up to an OLD Coustic 400 watt amp I've had for over 10 years. These speakers sound awesome. Way better than thought they would. We have them in separate boxes in the trunk. I'm blown away at how good these sound. We will be adding a sub and bigger amp in the near future. Plus we got them on sale for $60. If I see them at this price again I won't hesitate to buy another pair. Even at $100 I would've been happy.

Subwoofers not needed

With the loudness and bass settings turned up, my 2004 Honda Civic sounded like it had subwoofers. Not obnoxious outside the car with the volume at half, but inside is LOUD. Creates deep bass and good sound output. Slightly difficult to install, but that is mostly due to my car's configuration.

I purchased a Kenwood car receiver, a set of 6x9 speakers and a set of 4x6 speakers. The installation was perfect and the system sounds great !!!!! I am very happy with my purchase
