Overall it’s ok... I don’t like the fact that if I’m connected to Apple Car play my phone shuts off Bluetooth and will not make a call through the car.

Bought this for my 2018 civic and they were not able to connect to my steering wheel controls. Returned for refund.

Iam pretty sure this is a great car stereo. But would not wok in my Avalache.

Seems kind of glitchy with working off the phone seems to freeze alot

Hard to figure out all the options and not easy to change from one app to another, also the car play feature goes in and out of service

woked great for the first couple of months now it shuts off very often and resets until a error message comes up to turn off car and restart. it seems to do this when the weather is warmer. works great though the winter and now spring is here and its doing it again

This head unit was awesome till it decided not to recognize my phone or anthng else plugged into the USB. I only bought it for android auto.

The CarPlay and Bluetooth keep disconnecting. After about 5 disconnections, the screen displays “park car in a save place and turn off engine “. This is not acceptable

Unfortunately, I am returning this item because it is not working correctly. According to the guide which came with, some sort of internal problem which requires a return to the manufacturer.

the glare on this unit is terrible. I can't see anything during the day even when it's a bit cloudy. The sound is good. Bluetooth works great. Apple car play works great. No complaints about the functioning of the unit, if I could just see the screen! There is a setting that allows you to adjust the screen, but that doesn't help whatsoever. I'm just really disappointed. I could have spent $200 less for a cheaper unit that does the exact same thing. why is it that OEM units have an awesome screen that you can see. But the aftermarket manufacturers, who are supposed to make a better product, fail to make a better unit? Looking for an anti-glare screen, but based on the youtube videos, they don't work either.

It has been the best Radio I’ve ever had in all my cars

so my experience with the stereo has been great overall, for the first 45 min of enjoying it. Usually before they sell you a car stereo, they quote you a time, i was quoted 2.5 hours total, but the first day they took around 3.5 hours and i get it, wiring and installment can take up alot of time but i had to go to work and they gave it to me 20 min before my shift so i was late and got a verbal warning about it (work is strict on timing), also only the 2 front door speakers worked but not the backup cameras or back speakers sooo... they told me to go the next day and i even went earlier in the morning and they told me that it would take around 45 min to an hour(10:30am), i decided to wait in the store and 1.5 hours later (12pm)he comes out telling me that i will be charged an additional $50 dollars for an amp bypass, i had no choice basically, i didnt want to drive a 2 speaker only car when it has like 8 so i decided to go forward and he told me it would take an additional 2 hours to do so but he didnt guarantee that it would be done before 2:30pm (shift starts at 3 at my job), so we decided until next tuesday which is today and he only told me to give him 20 min to put everything back together, i waited over an hour and time was coming up for work so i had to say something, and i did to the manager and right when he went into their shop, the installer guy came out and told me that my car basically did not work and the car stereo turned off on him so basically nothing inside worked, he said he checked all the fuses and that everything looked fine but the stereo just wouldnt turn on along everything else in the car, not even the 12 volt power outlet so he gave me the car and i have waited almost a week (6 days) before he started fixing it, soo.. be ready to spend on lyft or Uber, because you will need it and you will have to wait a long time in order to get your car ready, i am so happy for my stereo (huge upgrade) but am truly dissapointed by the "professional technicians", they dont even follow up with you to tell you about your car.... truly unhappy experience

Over all a great unit. Features are good. Only issues I have been having is losing signal while driving. While connected on Android auto signal always shows on the top right corner. What I have noticed is that that signal goes and comes every time I am driving. Specially when in the phone I ALWAYS lose signal and start losing the call for a couple seconds until it comes back. Has anyone had this issue also?

Constantly tells you to pull over turn car off to start radio, Bluetooth stopped working and radio won’t come on till truck heats up.
