Works great. Fits into my 2013 Chevy.. iPhone ready when plug in. GPS and XM work great. And the HD radio sounds better then my old stock radio..

slow to come on but once it does it's heaven!! Nice display great features all around great radio!

The installer did not go over any of the radio features. He could not even figure how to connect my phone over Bluetooth. I was in the shop and figured it out while he was looking up info. The worst part of the install was that while removing my dash the installer scuffed up the dash around my window switches. I only had the jeep for four days and I did not notice it until I got home. I was planning on having geek squad do a few more things to my vehicle but after that mistake. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

I have an older Cadillac Escalade that had all the bells and whistles I needed EXCEPT what this system offers! (Hooked up to Android phone - Samsung Note 5) First, I bought it mainly for the ability to play music from Google Play. LOVE THIS! Voice commands make this even better so I can have Google Play play any song or artist I want by asking for it. Playlists too. Second, I use the directions feature all the time.Connected to my phone, this uses Google Maps and has been a time saver so many times! Predicts arrival times, best routes, etc.even considering traffic! Calling features through Android Auto app are good. Transfers conversations between phone being plugged in and not plugged in just fine. Receiving text messages through Android Auto is ok. Can respond with a text message by voice. The system handles radio stations well but you have to switch out of the Android Auto app. Takes some getting used to but easy enough. Only downside to this system is that it gets confused every once in a while when the vehicle starts and the functions don't work properly. The fix is to turn off the car, open the driver door and try again. This resets everything. It may even just be an Android Auto problem not the system itself. I can say it doesn't happen very often with this system. I originally bought a Pioneer system comparable to this and I had a ton of problems. I returned it for this system and love it!

Great head unit. Plenty of EQ features and subwoofer control options. I often find something else that can be tuned or tweaked. The only negative is that the screen brightness can't be increased any higher than the current max. This makes it harder to see the screen in direct sunlight, but it's a minor issue.

Kenwood has almost figured this unit out. I've had some trouble jumping between android and iPhone devices with this unit. This head unit has about a million options and reading the manual is a must.

I was really excited about this radio, especially the Apple CarPlay features. However, early on (within the first year) I ended up having problems with the radio. Sometimes it would restart for no reason, disconnect my phone and shut down, or even reset itself to the store display mode. It even has issues with audio sometimes. Overall, not worth the money. Super expensive, not user friendly, and features are lacking.

This Kenwood is Awesome! Lots of features for the price. Sounds great and am very Happy with this purchase.

Wish it would work via Bluetooth instead of having to be connected with cord for Android auto. Will only work with certain android device's with hdmi cable.easy install and programming

Love it. Safe to use, easy to learn the nuances. The installation was so well integrated into my favorite car that it looks like original. Best of all, it encourages communication and listening to great performances, all while hands are free.

Love android auto but it doesn't work with Samsung apps. You will need,to use Google apps. Voice commands are spotty.

After looking at a few different places for a few weeks I decided to go with Best Buy and purchase this receiver and have them install it. I'm very loyal to Best Buy when it comes to basically all the products they have to offer. After it was installed, I didn't have a cord for the Apple CarPlay, I had to go back 3 different times to get a cord and it was just put inside the glove box. Not neatly installed somewhere or ran up through the center console. I will never have them install anything in my vehicle again. Additionally, they wouldn't take to time to show me how to operate it and a lot of the features cannot be accessed because they don't allow it. Why sell a product with DVD/video if you cant even watch it? I took it to a local place; they re-installed and wired everything. BB used some puddy like substance that was already coming off for the rear camera so it was starting to leak. This local place walked me through all the features and re-did the CarPlay cable to it looks like a factory outlet with a USB and HDMI outlet. The rewired the back up camera and fixed the leak. This receiver is awesome if you know how to install it yourself or have someone other than Best Buy do it. I am so disappointed in their installation customer service. I sat in the parking lot for over a hour just reading the manual so I could figure out how to connect Bluetooth and adjust the sound settings.

I replaced another Kenwood Receiver with this one and they both were great but I wanted the new one for Apple CarPlay and love it. I have so many more capabilities and features now that are just to many to list. I would recommend this receiver to anyone.

I had trouble figuring out what I like & wanted. Sam & Roger was the best team on helping me figure it out & providing the most expert service on my car stereo & speakers.

This radio, hands down is the best device for the money! Definitely worth it. Works great and has all the bells and whistles.

I expected this unit to have features and perform better than it has. 1. Going from "On" to "Accessory" causes the unit to stop playing the radio. 2. I've had the unit for 3 weeks and it has locked up 4 times, forcing a hard restart. 3. The unit can't play music via bluetooth. Really??... So... 4. If you unplug the phone the music stops and the system doesn't default to radio. 5. Best Buy salespeople need to be more informative about what you need in order to get all the system features to be active, e.g., let the customer know that they need a satellite antenna to get satellite radio (I know this should be a no-brainer, but sometimes you just don't think about these things in the moment). 6. The navigation feature doesn't seem to have any audio. Could be my settings aren't right, but I don't think so.

User friendly menus, sub menus, and tone adjustments. Great manufacture support as far as updates, firmware and technical support. Once installed had no problem interfacing my Android and my wife's iPhone. Very happy with this radio, looking forward to getting the OEM interface to use additional features.

It was a little confusing at first so we came back to the store and one of the employees came out to the car and help us. He was amazing!
