I think it's made a difference in the sound quality of my existing stereo set up. The display is easier to read which is the main reason for replacing the head unit. I think Kenwood is among the best for car audio.

Loads of Problems

My unit had an unbearable buzzing sound even after grounding correctly. Unit also would put out a lousy weak volume. Even with having it correctly hooked up to 12V constant, it would still completely reset after turning off the car. Spend the extra $60 on a competitor’s brand single din and you won’t be let down. So glad I returned this unit and spent the extra as all these issues are resolved.
