    It has almost no volume, the reciever for the AM/FM radio is weak as it has yrouble receiving stations that my old one had no problems receiving. The preset buttons are really small. The foyrth one doesn't work. The display wont show what station number one is on, ie 95.5 or 107.1 etc. It shows town and station letters. Finally, the volume control lnob is on the wrong side of the radio. When using the volume control knob, my hand blocks the display when I'm sitting in the drivers seat. I would get a refund or trade it for a better one if I could but I couldn't get an appointment to have it installed until after the 15 day refund period.

    I had a radio installed, it was done in the time I was given as a matter of fact they called me and has me being my car in early then my appointment time

    Had a issue after about 4 months. It stopped working. Kenwood assisted easily when called. Now waiting on the radio to return fixed.

    Item sold as an open box which was accurate but unfortunately it was a display model. Cd player had a plug in it and wouldn't accept cd's.
