Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a new wrx Subaru in January of 2024 had a subwoofer and speakers installed The tech was inept he cut wires when he promised to use plugs I spent over 9 hours waiting and when my car was done the instrument panel was blown up the head lights would not work he laid greasy tools on my seats and stained them When I tried to get help from the manager Ty he was also worthless these guys are liars and do terrible work

I've had three of them blow out so far. When this happens, you have to mail it to one of Kenwood's repair centers and they will deem it unrepairable, because it's an old model. They will eventually send you a check for the full cost of it. The only reason I kept coming back to it is because my car was already wired for it obviously, and all I had to do was plug it in. Well, I'm not making the same mistake again. This speaker/amp is a piece of garbage if you ask me. Do yourself a favor and get something else.

The wire remote is nice for quick adjustments when changing music genres. It produce a rich deep sound that massages your heart. This makes driving very enjoyable.

I personally expected there to be a lot more bass than I expected. But that could've been my fault for having such high expectations. But it's still made very durable and good materials.

Bought another one to replace it so I could keep same wiring throughout the car and the second one just slaps against the metal grate making an awful sound. Cannot return after installed

I didn't change any settings after tuning it to a good sound, then it just blew. Ironically just after the two-week return exchange policy Best Buy offers.
