Not sure how to keep phone connected for hands free calling. Everything is set up correctly with Bluetooth and is shows the phone as connected, but still will not make or receive calls through it. It could be user error so that is why it is a 4 star.

Great upgrade to my truck. Works well. Connects my phone. Pandora and the map program. Oh, and it sounds great.

I upgraded from a JVC to this and ended up disappointed. The price difference didn’t see a difference in quality, not even from the swap meet brands to be truthful. Then after a year the sub connection shorted out. Luckily I bought the warranty or I’d have been screwed. I hadn’t bought Kenwood in 20 years to save money, but always liked the brands, now I have to rethink things

Works well sound is fine for me. Husband has trouble with lack of knobs but that is the way most radios are made today.

The android auto and CD Slot are features I really cared for. They both worked as installed. I had the best buy at my local store install the stereo receiever and I was thoroughly impressed by their workmanship

Works great. The backup camera is fantastic. The installer was very knowledgeable about the products. The only problem I have found is that sometimes the display is difficult to see.

I am still learning how to use this device. It seems user friendly I am old and slow with new technologies it made my 2002 car like a new one

I bought this for my daughter's car, and she loves it. we've had no problems with it and she loves the apple car play navigation and it gives me peace of mind that she's not playing with her phone while driving. The guy did an awesome job with the install and was super nice and fast.

I love the look of the Receiver in my truck. The kit makes it look almost factory installed. I am a little disappointed that Android Auto can only be achieved by USB, but I am getting used to it.

I got it installed and it works like a champ. It helps I bought it from y'all at only a 3rd the market price due to buying the open box version.

I love the ease of use and how its setup, if you have a car that needs a kit for it to work youll need to buy a soche kit for adapters with box for it to trick the security on an 2008 ford escape didnt see it listed to be needed so thought i would let others know

Awesome receiver. Love wireless airplay. It’s been over a month of use now and works flawlessly. Get receiver for the price. Nice to bring our older SUV into 2024!

I bought a Kenwood DDX5707S for my wife’s 2015 Acadia. I bought all of associated equipment to make the Best Buy installation as complete and easy as possible. Included in that purchase is an Alurateck wireless car play adapter. The radio itself is very frustrating to deal with. I was trying to auto adjust the volume which the radio says it has the ability to do yet when you follow the directions the so called menu option isn’t listed. The wireless car adapter is a waste of money. I tried it on the kenwood radio as well as my factory GM radio. I tried bringing it back to Best Buy only to be told it’s passed the 15 day return window even though the box says it’s a 1 year warranty. Very disappointed with the product and with Best Buy for not standing buy what they sell I would not recommend going to Best Buy for car audio especially if you’re looking for a turn key purchase of equipment and installation.

have in my 240sx , I love it no issues or complaints only heads up is car play only works when phone is plugged in, I don't mind but I recently upgraded my iPhone and now I need a type c to usb cable. Besides that hands down 10/10 would get again

It sounds great, a little hard to navigate at first, but that could be me. So far I’m diggin’ it!

This unit works great. Very happy with the features and the way it works. The only negative, the installer had to fabricate some wiring Kenwood did or did not furnish.

have only had it in the car a few days. best buy installed it in my 99 cadillac seville and i can't say enough good things about it. the sound is amazing. i must admit learning how to use the unit is a little frustrating, everything isn't straight forward like you'd like. for example, i couldn't find the disc eject button until i went to the manual. overall though, i rate it 5 stars for now, unless an issue comes up. i do suggest getting a kenwood remote to make volume adjustments easier.
