This review is based on my experience with Best Buy. Best Buy is crooked. I needed a radio for my car and choose this Kenwood. Not only was it on sale for 169 but it included free installation. I chatted with an online expert that told me that free installation is included on radios of $199.99 and over. I directed him to the item that indeed stated free installation. He agreed he saw that but then would put me on hold. Mysteriously our conversation became disconnected. I contacted them again. Spoke with a new rep who told me that product comes with free installation and not only could I pick up item today but I could have it installed today and would not have to pay anything add'l for accessory 's needed for the installation. My husband went to pick radio up only to be told he needed an appt and installation is not incl. in addition, Best Buy removed free installation immediately on that item. What a disgusting company. I will never do business with them again. Crooked thieves.

The player itself is attractive and responsive...the app for mirroring is a bit chessy.....you do have to ground the parking brake wire to mirror which is a bit ridiculous for navigation purposes.....I did purchase open box excellent and was disappointed.....it was very dirty and missing instructions...

Kenwood system is good quality and sound is good. The UI touch features are very intuitive and microphone quality is also good.
