Sound quality is decent. Radio suffers from same issues as knock off brands cheaper than it- clock never stays set, randomly needs reset due to sound issues or software issues. Not worth the price tag when it acts like a $80 radio, spend a bit more for something with more features at least. Kenwood is not what it once was it seems in general.

I bought this to update my 2010 Altima, after getting the correct wiring harness attached installation was beyond easy.

This review is based on my experience with Best Buy. Best Buy is crooked. I needed a radio for my car and choose this Kenwood. Not only was it on sale for 169 but it included free installation. I chatted with an online expert that told me that free installation is included on radios of $199.99 and over. I directed him to the item that indeed stated free installation. He agreed he saw that but then would put me on hold. Mysteriously our conversation became disconnected. I contacted them again. Spoke with a new rep who told me that product comes with free installation and not only could I pick up item today but I could have it installed today and would not have to pay anything add'l for accessory
's needed for the installation. My husband went to pick radio up only to be told he needed an appt and installation is not incl. in addition, Best Buy removed free installation immediately on that item. What a disgusting company. I will never do business with them again. Crooked thieves.
