My only quirk about this unit is that voice navigation does not work using Apple CarPlay’s Apple Maps, google maps, or Wyze. I’ve updated the firmware for both system and application. Toggled on Bluetooth on and off. Restarted the unit. Deleted the phone and added back again. Toggled the voice button within the app and still nothing! Contacted me wood support and apparently they don’t read the emails, just assume what the problem is and troubleshooting steps to perform (which I detailed in the initial email) they just copy and paste a script. Apple CarPlay works great with the Sony wireless CarPlay unit. This one doesn’t. Running the latest iOS also.

The sound is great and you can customize home screen. Draw back you get to use WIFI OR HDMI not both at the same time.

Great Radio so far, only had it for a little while.

I love the ease of use and the wireless CarPlay as well as the picture quality on the cams.

Bought this unit to put into my SUV. Had it installed by geek squad at UTC in Sarasota. As soon as I drove home unit failed to turn on. Could not reach anyone at the store. Had to call manufacturer to do a hard reset. Powered up again after hard reset but has subsequently not turned on again two more times after hard reset. Impossible to reach anybody.Left message for geek squad to call me back last Wednesday. Have not receved a call back aftet a week Best Buy makes it impossible for you to reach anybody at the store. It is a 60 mile drive for me. Do not waste your money with Best Buy. Customer service is impossible. Find a real reputable place to do your car radio purchase and install. Someone that actually cares about their customers.

So far so good, would 5 star if I could get screen mirroring to work.

I've owned a few after market head units and this one is by far the worst. The absolute number one complaint I have is the fact that the radio will randomly stop playing any music. It'll still play the cheap beep noise that it comes with and directions when using android auto but as soon as you touch the EQ, get a phone call, change from radio to whatever media source you want the head unit dies and refuses to play any kind of music. Thinking about changing from the radio to spotify on your commute to work? Have fun sitting in silence for the entire time. Wanna change how your music sounds through your EQ to make it have more bass? Hope you like hearing the full power of nothing! The only way to fix it is by turning your car off and back on and even then it's still a coinflip on whether it works or not. The only things this unit has going for it is its decent touch screen. BUYER BEWARE!
