The radio itself is fine, but don't get it installed here! After 4 trips back to BestBuy for the installs and fixing, I finally decided to pay an audio place ($255) to see if they could get SiriusXM to come in all the time. They found many other things wrong while fixing SiriusXM: 1. The wires crossing my parking brake were obvious and one of the reasons the vehicle went to a new place. 2. The hazard light button not being hooked to anything was a complete surprise. It appears they broke the original button, and the one they put in could not connect to the wire (it had the wrong size and shape connector). Luckily, I had not needed the button in the six months since the radio was installed. It is $65 to get a new button. 3. The wire out to the passenger footwell, instead of using the USB connector already built into the dash, has now been removed. 4. some items were never connected but hadn't fallen off on me, but those were incidental compared to everything else. Overall this Kenwood unit itself has been working great (speak slowly into the microphone in order for it to understand you when it is going to have to translate to typing) and I like the wireless Android Auto, but bring it somewhere else to have it installed.

I am very happy with this wireless Apple CarPlay compatible receiver. It integrated perfectly with my Chrysler sound system and even has a specialized set up feature that allows you to enter in how many speakers you have and the size of your speakers. Once I used this feature, the car audio really came to life; although I was disappointed that the installer didn’t set this up as part of the installation process. Right after the installation I noticed the sound wasn’t as full and rich as my previous receiver and had to read through the manual to learn about the dealer set up feature.

I love this stero and the wireless Android auto. Works seamlessly, great sounds and lots of options to tune stero to your liking.

Great product, but purchased online (open box in excellent condition) and was missing the gps cable when it arrived at my home. This was not mentioned in the description of the product online. I would have ordered the cable in advance of installation if it had been mentioned. The cable is $60 through Kenwood and is supposed to be included in this purchase. Corporate Best Buy refuses to resolve it and keeps sending me to the store who only provided the installation. The only helpful person in this process is the technician who installed the stereo for me. Avoid Best Buy at all costs. They have zero interest in makin anything simple. You just get sent to a call center abroad who can’t help you. I’ll never buy anything from Best Buy again. It’s a failing corporation

Great radio with great feature! I got the pioneer at first but I am glad I switched to this Kenwood. The response time is perfect with steering wheel. Has a further range for bluetooth. Wifi Carplay works great!!

The Wireless Apple car play works great. The installation at Best Buy Mobile was quicker than all 4 other vehicles we had done in the past. Great sound. We put it in a 2016 WRX. It worked with my factory backup camera. The Extra parts to make the steering wheel buttons work must be purchased and that was as more than the actual stereo. But well worth the cost to have everything work. Very pleased with it.

I had this for about two years now and it has been working great. I love the Apple CarPlay feature and the sound is to my liking. The user control,and touch sensitivity is fast and no lag whatsoever. One thing I would say is that the audio stops playing randomly from time to time could be that I need to update the software but overall a good radio that I recommend.

Great plug and play unit. I added backup cam in addition to the supplied accessories and I couldn’t be happier. Interface is easy and clear. Glare is expected but as not bad with the system lighting adjustments. Touchscreen is responsive and accurate. Wireless CarPlay and Android auto are flawless.

Great stereo, incredible sound tilt display CarPlay Bluetooth. I couldn’t have done better. I love it.

Love it!! It does everything I expected out of it and more, the 13 band EQ really lets you dial the sound in perfectly

Fits and sounds great in my 04 Mustang, I installed and did the wiring myself and it was very straightforward. You will need to buy a 12v to 5v converter to use the Mach audio system subwoofers however, but the wiring is not complex at all.

I really like this stereo, fits in the dash like it was meant to be, looks really slick, easy to operate and love the seamless android suto functions.

Great radio, wireless carplay works excellently, purchased for my mom's vehicle and she hasn't had any issues with it and the built in amp powers her speakers wonderfully.

Great overall, but make sure if you have parking dynamic guidelines from you OEM manufacture that you double check compatibility. It was my fault and now I dont have the honda special. Screen is tiny, I'd recommend going larger

Pros: Screen is bright and responsive. Good sound from music and calling. Cons: glossy screen caused too much of a glare. We returned it and went with the Sony.

So far, it’s done everything I’ve wanted it to and more. I love the wireless CarPlay and the equalizer features for my speakers. Overall, very pleased and would recommend at the price point.

Works and fits perfect on my 2013 Honda Fit Base. Android wireless ftw! Got the correct trim kit and connectors and it was a breeze to install. I am taking one star off because it does run a little slower at times, especially when there are more than phones connected to it. It'll skip a bit until i delete all other phones,

Bought this as an upgrade for my old unit and i can’t imagine life without the wireless apple carplay feature. Ease of use and install are great. 100 percent recommend if your willing to pay a premium.

Love it, just like having a new car with touch screen and back up camera.
