    I purchased this as a gift for my fiance but the installation date isn't until sept 9th. We went to best buy to purchase speakers as well but they could not make the time to add for same install date. Wanted to reschedule another month down the road. Also found out they aren't even sure if they have the time to connect the rear view mirror back up camera to the screen on new unit I purchased which is crazy because its just connecting wires while it's already taken apart. They want us to reschedule that as well.

    getting a CD in & out is not user friendly. I have not been able to set channels for XM . the sound is good

    this was installed by best buy in truck. It didn't function correctly. It would reboot every time you ended a phone call, the back up camera didn't function properly, it was not very user friendly. I believe most of the problems may have been with the best buy installation. I returned the item, but was charged for the labor ($100) on incorrect installation.

    Bluetooth would disconnect at random points and not reconnects. Spotify controls rarely worked but the sound quality was phenomenal. I ended up returning this

    Purchased a navigation system and camera for my truck. Waited almost 3 weeks for an install appointment, never got one. Went to car toys, got a better radio and it was installed within a week! I am really enjoying it now,
