I’ve only been using this for a week so right now I will say it does what it supposed to do, however I find that you cannot read license plates on it so I’m not sure what good that does if you get into a car accident and the person takes off. However, it’s a piece of mine to have some sort of dash cam in case I do get into a car accident. I do recommend this one but I think You should get the hardwire kit that way it detects if someone hits your car while parked.

Works excellent for the money. Perfect starter dash cam. I gave it as a gift and the recipient is very happy with it. It is easy to use.

Very nice dash cam with really good video quality. It is a little over sensitive, so it saves video from every speed bump you go over. There may be a setting that you can change that sensitivity though... And the cable could be a little longer so it could be ran along the edge of the window and hidden.

This dashcam is easy to use . has a great picture . all in a compact unit . it has a decent size screen to view . the field of view is just right . I use this on vacations . I video the scenic routes I travel . great for the memories .

Looks small but very good at performance and quality video and pictures. Easy to install by yourself with guided manual attach on it. Best in price and performance.

Easy to use and reliable. It's vital to have a dash cam. I've had experience with purchasing a lot of dash cams, and they've all been proven to be worthless. Kenwood is known for quality electronics. The camera is simple to use and designed very well. This product did not disappoint.

When I go to the Best Buy Store to looking for a Dashboard camera for my car and the gentleman who is working for Best Buy recommended the Kenwood-DRV- A301w Dashcam is on sale right now and he told me that is the good one. After I use for 4 weeks I can tell you this camera is the best ever. Love it much.

I finally set this up. It works pretty well, but is a small screen. I have been able to go online to view the videos. Still trying to find best resolution for videos. I wish it had a touch screen instead of having to figure out which of the buttons to push to have it do things. Price was good for a start up. If I like it, I may want to upgrade to a model with more bells and whistles.

For the price, it’s a good solution. The app is a bit clunky, but it works, and once you understand how it works, the dash cam seems reliable as well. I appreciated that it came with a mini-SD card, so I could start using it right away. Again, for the price l paid, it delivered.

I had this dash cam for about 2 weeks now and so far I am impressed with what I got for the price. My only complaint is the g-sensor is to sensitive. Even on the lowest setting it protects nearly all the video unless you on the smoothest of roads. Otherwise it seems to be a great little camera. Time will tell about the durability.

Good clear video both day and night, easy off and on with the magnetic mount and the transferring of clips is easy with the software program.

I like it. It records as soon as you turn on the ignition and the picture quality is excellent. It's easy to transfer the footage to your PC too.

The DRV-A301W does a great job for what it's intended for. Small footprint is a benefit. The app is not great, but that's not why I got it. Setup of the camera is fairly easy, and the instruction manual is clear. Like that software has multiple configuration options and that the camera accepts high volume mSD cards. Good buy on sale. Would buy again.

Great dash cam. Very high quality video easy to use except for trying to sync it to the app. I found that a little difficult. But not a deal breaker.
