please stay way from this bad design dash cam

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this item, I bought 2 of them at the same time to install in 2 of my cars and they both fail to work when you start the car, you have to hit the reset button on the bottom to get the cameras working again, when the cam losses power and gain power again with in 2 or 3 seconds it crashes the camera. Its completely useless.

its a pain to set up

Couldn[t get it to work right and stay in use had to reprogram everytime I took vehicle out. Nobody at best buy could help us not the geek squad wanted nothing to do with it. Returned it by christmas

THE SALES REP LIED ABOUT MY POINTS AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER HE COULD CARE LESS AND DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, WHY GET POINTS AND HAVE YOUR STORE REPS NOT ALLOW THEM. Unfortunately the store was highly disorganized people were able to walk in off the street and talk to the tech while my car was being worked on holding me up for an appreciable amount of time I mention something to the store manager to no avail.

Buttons are unresponsive and you have to tap several times just to get it turned on. Randomly stops recording and you have to constantly pay attention to fight with it to record again. Unreliable and not worth the hassle
