Believing there was a problem with the microphone, I exchanged for another. Unfortunately, the second unit had the same problem. Needless to say, I returned the item and purchased a different brand. Video quality is great, however each 1 min video consumes just under 500MB.

I mounted it to the windshield, plugged it in and each time I start the car, it starts recording. Also, the connection to a cell phone is very simple and easy to see what’s been recorded by the camera.

This is a high-quality 4K dash cam every driver should buy. It comes with a nice data cable. Easy detachable mount. You can remove it from the car on hot sunny days. I bought this for my spouse's Mercedes Benz GLC 350.

This camera takes great video but the KENWOOD app is just plain terrible. It’s hard to use. I can’t get it to download to my iPhone. I also tried popping the Memory card into my computer without using the camera via the USB cable and it won’t play sound. I think I’m going to return this one and try a different brand. :-(
