Bought 2020, just stopped working correctly 10/8/2022, video quality was really good with 4K, the audio started degrading about 7 months ago. Not buying again, trying a different brand.

Dont buy this dashcam. Functions are hard to understand, the manual isnt much help. The app is almost useless and hard to set up. This thing worked for 3 days and shut down. I went online to see what other people did as i was out of state and couldnt return, one person said when the card is full it shuts down so you have to re-format every time its full, but mine still didnt work after that, the buttons were unresponsive, nothing worked but a little blue power lite that told me it was still getting power. Complete junk and waste of money!

I’m going from east coast to west coast every once in a while. I bought this dash cam in case of something happens on the road. The resolution of the video is 5 star, you can see license plates and other details clearly. The use is also 5 star, very easy and practical.

App interface is horrible! I was just in accident and could not even get into app to download footage. It took forever and even after calling tech support they weren’t able to give me exact instructions on what needed to be done to work. Just that is almost enough for me to just toss this device in trash!

Could be better, small unit, but clear!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got this camera thinking it would be a great option, but it keeps resetting and that is very annoying

Got it for my mom for Christmas. We were excited; the video quality was very good. However, two recordings later, the camera froze, and the screen went white and never recovered. We had to return it. It’s definitely disappointing that a brand new product crashed like that, AND it was a gift. I had high hopes for this product as the brand has been around for years.

Great Dash Cam for the money. Easy to install and operate. Great product would purchase again.

Dashcam would not connect to Kenwood iOS app. No GPS tacking G-sensor not functioning properly - sensitivity set to low and still false positive videos being locked. Very bad interface and iOS app - unable to turn off screen, difficult to navigate and manipulate files.

Great product. Makes driving a lot safer and if an accident does happen you have proof of who’s fault it was. Love being able to have video surveillance completely around my vehicle.

Initial set up was slightly confusing but I eventually figured it out. The vacuum mount was okay for initial positioning but did not hold very long. I used the glue on mount which has been fine. I have not had to the video recorded part so I am not able to comment on that

Very satisfied with this dash cam. Easy to install. Took me a while to familiarize myself with the function buttons though. I purchased the hardwire kit for a clean install.

Camera is great!!! Wifi on the other hand sucks. You should be able to connect via Wifi from wherever...you can't. Better off with anything else. I'm returning as soon as I can since app sucks. Going to just get the over the rearview with rear cam.

This thing takes a nice video front and rear camera. It’s only supposed to record either one minute or three minutes but every 20 to 35 seconds it starts recording a new loop. I’ve gone through all the settings and everything is set to where it supposed to Record three minute loops. But it does not.... Also once you turn the power off to it it does not save the memory and you have to reset your settings every time you turn the car or power back on.... I feel like I was ripped off.

Camera when 100 degrees outside it turns black not sure whats wrong with it
