This is about the 4th electronic item that is from a well known manufacturer that has been a total loss and waste of money. I have had this in the car for less than a month. The WiFi connect and download has never worked on this thing, the camera randomly shuts off, any memory card that isn’t the one that came with the camera doesn’t work. I’ve spent $200 on cards trying to get them to work and I’ve got nothing. I keep getting a random error that asks me to reformat the memory card every 30 seconds. Since it’s past 30 days I am out the cash I spent on this and the rear dash camera. Best Buy seems to be selling nothing but garbage made electronics with no support after they get their cash.

Got it for my mom for Christmas. We were excited; the video quality was very good. However, two recordings later, the camera froze, and the screen went white and never recovered. We had to return it. It’s definitely disappointing that a brand new product crashed like that, AND it was a gift. I had high hopes for this product as the brand has been around for years.

Great dashcam that puts out quality video. This is a product that you don't think you would ever need until you need it. I plug into what we used to call the cigarette lighter on vehicles.

It looks great and clear. The app is easy to use but I have to turn off LTE on my phone. Only BIG problem is that every time I turn the car on it takes me through the set up menu. Super Annoying.

The only bad thing is that I bought it to give it to someone in Mexico and you can't install the application there.

Second kenwood dashcam i bought after 36 days the screen went completely black blue lights turn on but It won't show screen i tried to return it but the last return day was June 25 now im stuck with $270.00 dashcam that won't work I bought the rear camera with it as well...

Everything you need is in the box. Easy to set up and use. Had to go to the website for the manual. Printed out the pages I needed - good to go.

My son loves it for his truck and it will make it easy for all of us while he driving out in the streets and for him to see things he didn’t see while driving.

Beautiful camera Camera excellent quality pictures and video

I was happy with this product for its features and how it was easy to use. However, the display stopped working and went black only a year after I purchased this. I contacted the Kenwood to see if it's repairable. Their answer was no. My warranty expired 3 weeks ago, so they said they could not replace it, either. I was very disappointed that it started malfunctioning in a little over a year and it was not even fixable.

Easy to set up and use. Graphic quality is very good.

I bought this dash cam thinking it was an upgrade to my Rexing. I wanted the ability to download videos to my phone without taking the micro SD card out. The videos download over wifi but they are SO SLOW. 20 minutes to download a 3 minute file. You are much better off just taking the micro SD card out and putting it on your phone or computer that way, takes a couple of seconds. The video quality is okay, nothing special. The "buttons" are horrible, they try to use touch sensitive buttons, but they are unreliable and it's hard to know what button you're pressing or if you're pressing it at all. Just give us actual buttons. The worst problem with this camera is that in 3 months of owning it, the camera completely stopped working 4 times. All 4 times it seems to do a factory reset for NO REASON. It goes back to the beginning of the setup menu like the first time you boot it up. This whole time it is not recording. A dash cam literally has only one job, it's a device you hope you never need, but will be very grateful to have if you get into an accident. They need to be reliable, but I cannot rely on this dash cam at all.

My husband was able to set up this camera without any problems. It does thd job and we haven't had any problems with it.

Was never really a reliable product. I bought two of these for both of my vehicles and they wouldn't always turn on. It would often ask me to reformat the SD car too. Between having to format and not turning on, I would say this dash cam would work 30% of the time I drove. After switching SD cars, returning and rebuying, I gave up on this model. I would likely not recommend this.

So far so good. It will take me a while to get used to the controls/buttons. Best Buy did a great, neat and professional job of Installation.

It's not 4k any more when we connect the second camera..for paying this much money it has to come with a hardwire setup for connecting directly to line
