    I bought and had installed cd player. The installation and the cd are very good but I was charged for labor when the price dictated "free Installation. Plus there is no way of contacting the store for complaints. They don't answer the phone. I live 30 miles away and don't have the time to come to the store....Any answers?

    Detective product, spent 2 days trying to figure out why it would not turn on, drove me crazy until I took it to a shop and had everything tested, the wiring was great then I got told the actual stereo was defective and not functioning how it should be. I was shocked to see a Kenwood brand being defective.

    Installed it myself. Worked but when mounted it would not power back on and store is no help… waited on hold 20 minutes after store said can’t return and sorry…
