The manual that came with the radio was completely useless. I had to resort to YouTube which was not entirely helpful. One feature was to be able to make hands free phone calls. Receiving calls worked but very difficult to make calls.

I cannot review this item because I purchased it on 1 January with a 10 January installation appointment scheduled for 1 PM. I received a phonecall on the 10th at 9AM from the Geek Squad postponing the installation until February 10th, 1 month later than the original date. I told the agent that was unacceptable and he said he would get back to me by Thursday, January 13th.I have still ot heard back brom Best BUy on this problem.

When I opened the box the product was missing the POWER cords which meant I couldn’t even splice it into my car. Other than that the radio was just extremely scratched up and dusty, all being a brand new, non-refurbished stereo. If you are planning to do your own stereo installation make sure you have a technician verify that all of the items are there. This has been my TED talk.

had to request another radio. first one never showed up.. After i got it installed have to keep volume at 16 or below or it distorts speakers.

i bought this as an "Open Box" item due to what I was looking for was not available. I bought was was needed and paid for the installation at the Best Buy Mobile Service center. For starters, the Bluetooth did not work. A couple days later, the radio stopped playing while driving and everything went black. As I am driving, 10-15 later, the radio popped back on.
