    Very good receiver for the price. The only negative is the bluetooth audio. When using bluetooth, the sound is very soft and the volume level is lower than the radio or usb audio.

    Love this! Turned my 2002 Honda into an audio giant! I can now stream music (because you know there is nothing good on the radio these days) and make phone calls hands free! Love that it works with Alexa and I can simply speak my commands!

    So far this stereo is kicking butt . The only issue I have is that the clock doesn't keep time correctly it constantly jumps and i had reset it numerous times. Finally gave up resetting it . And bought a separate clock.

    This was a warranty replacement for a previous Kenwood (that had been discontinued). So far so good. The only downside, wish it had a secondary USB plug (like my previous Kenwood).

    Great service explaining the products and gave me exactly what I wanted - even better was the installation- I did not get his name, but the young man was quick and thorough. He explained the radio in detail. I was very impressed.

    The Technician knew how to install and operate a bluetooth radio unit. He also attached the vehicle stero speakers to the radio which had not been previously attached. I am very satisfied with the outcome provided by this technician
