Me wood did not honor it for being waterproof, internal components got moisture and they said we are not doing anything for you!

Losing faith in Kenwood.

The bluetooth is absolute crap on this unit. Literally 4' away from the unit and its dropping audio. This unit replaced another Kenwood which was only 2 years old and failing. I own other Kenwood products in my trucks as well and they have issues too.
