Great radio. HD radio is incredible.

When the HD radio kicks in your speakers come to life. The controll it gives you over the speakers is incredible. I installed it in a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis. The lighting during the day is a little hard to see. That's the only thing I have a complaint about. I paid just over $100 for it and for that price it's a real bargain.

Nice HD radio for price

I wanted an HD radio for a cheap price and I'm kinda blown away with what you get for the price. Haven't bought a radio in several years at least and wow how they have changed. Now you can get a great radio and not spend 200+. I can even download an app to my phone and control this radio. How cool is that. The list of things this radio does is kinda crazy. The quality of the sound is killer too.

This unit has everything he was looking for with a well respected name - Kenwood. The price was very good - not a bank breaking number! It works exceptional for his Bluetooth use and he's even tried the USB connection which didn't change in the sound much. I bought an earlier version of this same model for my older son about a year ago and he loves that unit too.

The Bluetooth hookup is kind of annoying and it would sometimes refuse to connect to my phone's media audio. I fixed this by using an aux cord, which also caused problems because it would connect to Bluetooth and not play through the aux. Otherwise, it's a great stereo and it does everything it's supposed to.
