I don't carry around CD's anymore so there was no need to have a CD player in my truck anymore. After my factory radio had seen it's better days, I decided to replace it with this one. It's great for streaming from my iPhone. I also enjoy HD radio.... something I never had before.

This stereo has many features that only much more expensive stereos have. If these features are all you care about and you're a bang-for-your-buck person, this is the perfect stereo for you. Unfortunately this didn't fit what I was looking for. I had an Alpine stereo before this one and the quality was much better. The rotary knob is the most obvious example, which is very sturdy and concise on the Alpine stereo, while being wobbly and cheap-feeling on the Kenwood. This stereo also didn't come with a faceplate case which I found disappointing. I returned this stereo to pay extra and have another Alpine. I am happy with my choice.

Unable to locate channels, poor reception and unable to resolve or understand how to use

The install was fast and had no problems. The saleman Jermaine was so very helpful. After many requests for help and unhappy faces, Jermine stepped in and thankfully made me feel welcome. At Greenville NC.

Good sound, but no bass with even good speakers, make sure you buy a sub if you're purchasing this radio.

This was a gift for our daughter. The stereo in her car was outdated and didn't work well. Now, she's much happier with her car overall because she has a great stereo system!

I love the car stereo. I can finally plug my ipod into the stereo. Tried of using a radio frequency device that never works. Everyone should have a digital receiver.

We needed a new stereo for our truck - one that is SiriusXM compatible. This does not disappoint - hands free bluetooth sounds great, no road noise on the other end.

The stations go in & out. The buttons are hard to Find without having my glasses on.

Bluetooth randomly disconnects and when it is connected, randomly is garbled and can't understand caller.

This radio performs much better than the stock radio I had in my car. I recommend this radio. The HD radio is a nice feature.

Got this so we can listen to xm radio in the semi . Can't stand listening to people talking on the radio just want music

When I installed the head unit it worked for about a week then it started to mess up the Bluetooth wouldn’t take calls I was going to return it but then found out it’s only 14 day return policy (glad I bought the protection), then after 4 days the Bluetooth started working again but I couldn’t use the remote app for Iheartradio or pandora the phone connected but the remote app won’t. For the week it worked it sounded great I read one review that said it has no bass but I got bass through factory speakers. I’m returning the unit this week but I have to use my protection plan which kinda sux now, because I have to buy a new plan for the new unit plus pay the difference for the new head unit which won’t be a Kenwood.

Only issue is the angle of installation. Can not see display due to sun glare

Easy WI-Fi setup and hands free cell use. It’s loud and clear reception.

When I read the reviews I thought I was getting a good deal but the unit failed 1 week after install. Bluetooth failed then crashed the unit every time I got a phone call. Tried to return it but they only have a 14 day return policy so Best Buy thinks they can repair it. This is my last Best Buy purchase.

Love that it can make calls, has Pandora, HD radio, i heart radio and if I want to add Sirius I could!

I have always been a Kenwood user and I never had a problem with their radios. Will always buy again!

Good radio and easy set up bass is pretty good for what you pay for.

I fully recomend this car stereo, this offers a great connectivity but just if you are inside the car
