Good buy one thing I am getting used to is the Bluetooth feature.

I had radio problems and when they evaluated things, found I needed a new radio. I had to make a quick decision and picked this one. Seems fine. I do enjoy having the bluetooth function now. The price was really nice also - with free installation

I wanted HD radio and I wanted to not have any issues with using my iphone with this deck. The good: FM HD Radio sounds great. Quality is much better than standard FM. Also Deck sound quality is good and there are a lot of ways to tweek the sound to your satisfaction. Unit is high powered and really doesn't need a separate 4 channel amp. Alexa is good to have on the deck. The USB to lightning for iphone works well but it will switch modes by plugging in the phone. if you wanted to hear the radio still or the music you have plugged into the back on usb, you'll have to manually change it back to the source you were listening to. The bad: AM radio is useless. I used to love listening to talk radio but I can only get 2 stations now (in Orange County) and they sound awful. This really was upsetting as I drive for a living and was looking forward to better AM radio. Maybe my unit is defective. The stock stereo got great AM reception. The phone usually will run through the stereo once I answer it but I have to manually switch the output to the deck. This is annoying and dangerous. Also, the weird Kenwood app that you must run in order to get your music from your phone to the car launches everytime I either plug the phone in or do any of the normal things I do as a Lyft driver so the Kenwood app is constantly launching on my phone and stealing the screen. It may be any time I switch the deck from radio to ipod mode or pandora. It launches A LOT. I hate that app with such a passion at this point. Getting the phone to work over bluetooth without plugging it in has been a little difficult. When using Pandora there is no way to see the normal visualizations. The app on the phone just shows a pandora / kenwood link screen and all content must be browsed or changed through the deck. You will not see anything happen on your phone nor can you control from the phone side unless you drop the link with the deck. Audio controls like Fader Balance Equalizer are buried deep in the menu system and hard to change. Control buttons on the face are small and hard to read. Still have not figured out how 1 friend, let alone 5 friends, can bluetooth their music to this deck even though that is supposed to be a feature. I have this unit installed in a 2003 Honda Accord EX sedan with the stock radio still in place. I have a 400W 4 channel amp and a 1000W mono subwoofer amp with a 10' sub both mounted in the trunk. i needed ground loop isolators on both front and rear channels but not the sub.

My son needed to replace the radio in his vehicle. He chose this one and is not disappointed at all. Has all the features he was looking for. Installation at the store was really fast and the work was done well.

The Alexa button on this is dope! I get home, push the button, and tell Alexa to turn on my lights. No need to open an app anymore, I just hit the button on my new Kenwood deck.

This was a replacement for me (different stereo from a different company), and this was worlds better! Rear USB port helped clean up my car with no wires running in sight.

Good product ! Works well ,Bluetooth connects most of the time , and has many different display options cage is a little flimsy and head unit pushed through the cage once or twice

I love this stereo, it's the best, but when I think of Kenwood, I think of deep base, that's what I'm used to. This stereo would have 5 stars if it wasn't missing that.

Purchased for my mother and she lives it! She called me from the radio connected via Bluetooth with her phone and I could hear her perfectly.

Son loves it, was a birthday present for him. Don't know how easy it was to install, as the geek squad did it.
