I have 2 of these in a standard fosgate box, with a 1000 watt sony xplode amp. My radio settings on bass go from 0-8, and the sub settings go from 0-15. My max volume is 35, but I stay at 30 because it gets a little fuzzy and I don't want to blow out my speakers.At 0 on both, you can barely tell they're in the trunk of my 98 4runner SUV. For balanced volume to bass, I keep sub settings at 11 and bass at 0 and they sound great. However, if I want window rattling bass, they deliver surprisingly well. I turn the volume up to 25, sub settings at 15 and bass at 4. They boom like 200$ subs. Vibrates my nostrils, rattles my rear and side view mirrors with ease, and my house windows if I'm close enough. I don't see why anyone would need more bass than that. I was think about buying some new alpines, but blaring the bass changed my mind. They're reliable too. Had them for a year and no problems whatsoever and still going strong. Amazing subs can't believe they're 50$.

this sub hits hard. i have it set up with a boss amp and they work very well together. i have 2 of these in a subaru outback and i couldnt be happier. they are my first subs but i plan to upgrade soon. very nice sub.

Very great sub woofers, yet easy to blow. I am now on my second pair of these, I bought a second warranty and will be getting my third ones today, I am no longer getting the same kind if I blow them for the third time, but besides blowing the subs easily these subs are outstanding for their price, very affordable and as people say "best bang for you buck".

Installed it in my 2002 Honda civic it hits hard and clean good bass

Just picked these up on sale for 29.99 at bestbuy I had kicker Comp r before this and swapped them out believe it or not these slam !!! Was a heck of a good price would buy 10 more if they had them

Ive had Rockford Fosgate in my SUV for over 6 years... Never wanted to switch brands. My speaker blew due to a technical issue at the installation site. I needed a new sub. Someone recommended Kicker - tried both levels of 12" ... didn't like them at all. Tried Polk Audio... still only EHHH. So, I got the Kenwood... sounds AMAZING. Even my installer was quite impressed. I'm a happy camper. I listen to Dub FX and his music is AMAZING in my Suburban. 1 - 12" subwoofer... that's all, and it sounds soooooo good!

I got this sub for $50 deal of the day two weeks later went on sale again for$50 bought a kenwood amp and now my 2013 charger r/t is the bomb and everyone knows it a must buy

I was skeptical about this sub, but I can not be any more pleased with it. I have it installed in a ported truck box for my regular cab. Space is very limited and this was the only sub available at the time in stock. Hits very hard and very deep clean bass. I matched it up with a 2 channel amp bridged that produces 250rms to it. I will definatley absolutely recommended this product to anyone.

I got one to put in my truck and it actually sounds pretty good! It hits relatively hard and sounds clean tuned properly. I beat it up pretty good and it still works fine. I would not recommend it to someone who is looking for crazy bass. It's not crazy but it's definitely enough for just anyone who likes a little more bass with the proper setup.

I got this subwoofers for Christmas on sale for $50!! I actually got 2! I must admit at first I did not think that they would hit as hard as they do but wow! They out hit a friends of mine Rockford fosgate witch he paid over 300 dollars for each subwoofer!! Great product good quality for price but I think next time I will go with the 1200 watt kenwood so I can put a few more watts to each sub.

I JUST got installed today at Best Buy in Tacoma such an awesome Sub with a Kenwood amp 1000w its sound Blast plius I got 4 kickers speakers on my doors when I listen to Rock Latin n Hip Hop works really good thanks to the team was fast and clean isntallation

to start off, for the price of this sub and the name, i bought it. i bought it along with its recommended kenwood amp. both 300 watts. long story short, i got it installed, went for a drive and before the song even finished the sub stopped working. i drove back home and began to investigate. i then began to play a song and went to rear to listen to the sub, literally sounded like gears grinding. i had the sub in a sealed box, i unscrewed the sub from the box and a large cloud came pouring out. it blew. i just started laughing because I've installed systems in a few other vehicles not including the three i own. I've never owned a kenwood sub, and i won't be buying another one. i returned this and went with the JBL 250 rms, 1000 w max power. played the same song and it didn't blow. i don't recommend this sub, however i do recommend its counter part, kenwood amp. if you want to make multiple trips to best buy, get this one

This usb is amazing i went through the breakin proccess just like i do with all my subs that i have owned i and i do have to say that it is probably the best sub i ever owned. i have it hooked up on a sony xplod 600 watt amp that is 4 channels. i have it bridged and it sound amazing.

It rattles my mirrors, so it's doing its job like a great subwoofer should. And it's not a no-name brand. It's Kenwood. Quality. I'm going to get another for my son.

Bought this sub on sale.best 50 bucks IV ever spent.this thing hits like a hammer.hooked it up to a 350 watt amp. In a sealed box. Mettalica never sounded better.

I recommed this sub for anyone looking for a great subwoofer for your money

I love the sound of this sub until 2 1/2 months later after installation I notice something was blowing my fuses, I check all the wiring of the installation and I even bought an other amp thinking the one I have was the trouble, and after installing the new amp what a surprise the sub still not picking up so I ask my friend to let me borrow hes sub and everything works perfectly. So disappointing of that product.
