I'm running two of these Kenwood twelves in the back of my 05 Dodge pickup with a Kenwood 2000w amp and they sound Nice. I'm running all Kenwood so of course it's going to sound nice. I kicked them up once just to see how they would do and they rattled my rear view mirror off.

I grew up with Rockfords and MTXs and have been without an aftermarket subwoofer in my car for about 15 years. Did some comparisons between the Alpine, Panasonic, Kicker, and Kenwood 10's and 12's. This 12" Kenwood sounded as good if not better than the sub twice and much. I have it hooked up to a kicker amp 150rms @ 4ohms and it hits harder than I need. I actually have the gain set at the half-way point and keep my Kenwood head unit subwoofer setting at -15 most of the time and turn it up to -5 when I listen to heavy bass songs. Basically what I'm saying is, if you are just looking for a good sub that won't break the bank but will still shake the windows of the houses as you go down the street, this is it.

I didn't have high hopes going into the purchase because I've always bought kicker but decided to give this a try. Awesome sound for the wattage. I eventually bought another to see how they pair up and couldn't have been happier.

I missed having a sub in my vehicle. I didn't want to to spend too much money. This came up on sale so I bought it. Glad I did. Doesn't need a huge amp to get good bass out of it.

This driver performs very well in a sealed enclosure anywhere between 1.2 to 1.5 cubic feet of volume. It will handle low 55hz consistent rolls, as well as hard kick drum hits. Great sub for the price.

This sub came up on deal of day. For the price it was at i figured I'd take a shot at it. After setting it up in my car, I was surprised how good it sounded. Shoulda bought a few more for rest of my cars.

Sound is really good for this price point. I had a jl w1 before and it's close to the same sound as the jl. If you are on the fence about this speaker, let me give you a word of advice "buy it"

Bought this to replace orignal Kenwood toronado sub that was stolen. Sounds great and bought it on really good sale. Bought a second just because price was so good.

I bought 2 if these for $35 a piece and they sound great. Had Kenwood tornados before but they were stolen so replaced them with these. Very happy with them for the price.

I would recommend for the price. I had it in a sealed enclosure, depending on what you want...you might want to spend a little more money on something decent.
