Chair had a small tear on the upper section. I didn’t assemble it right away so I didn’t follow up with customer service.

For someone with hip arthritis it's difficult to find a comfy chair. I hope this chair solved my problem, but it didn't. It's very firm and I can only handle sitting on it for 20 mins at a time. The best thing about it are the arms. They are very comfortable and the raising part is very handy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It is a great chair but it was missing one of the nails, however my husband made it work without it. I didn’t want to return it because it is so cute and comfortable! I def recommend it!

Product as described. I had hoped it would recline and stay reclined but it doesn't. It does rock if push backed. It is comfy.

Very comfortable and fits my back perfect. Very durable and love that you can/or not use the arms that also allows the chair to go under the desk when not in use.

My only issue with it is that its not very tall. So even though it says the top has neck support, it doesn't. I'm 5'6" and the top of the back of the chair barely reaches my lower shoulder. I have to decide whether to keep it, because I have neck & back issues.
