    I tried descaling my K10 single Cup Keurig using the instructions on the solution bottle and the instructions says pour the whole bottle in the k-cup machine. That doesn't work for the small K10 Keurig machine, the solution ran out into the holding tray. Call Keurig, the representative was instructing me how to use the solution, she again told me to pour the full bottle into the machine plus 3 cups of water, by this time my whole counter top was flooded. The K10 machine cannot hold that much solution and water but she insisted the instruction were correct. I finally thank her and we hung up. Keurig should have better instruction for the using the solution for the smaller k10 machine.
