We were advised to buy this solution to get it back to normal. We use the solution and now it’s back to working like it’s new.

I poured it into my single serve Keurig water holding tank and then pushed the button on top of the Keurig single serve coffee maker. It started to pull the solution into the heating tank and then all of a sudden my Keurig quit working. I unplugged the machine and let it set for 30 minutes and then plugged it back in again. I pressed the coffee button, but I could not get the coffee maker to come back on. I'm not sure what exactly happened but the coffee maker never worked again. I had to order a new one. I think next time I will just use diluted white vinegar to descale my machine, like my Mom always used. I'm not feeling very confident about this product.
