Good product. Find it on sale and it's a much better value. Works to improve life of my Keurig. So far, I'm a year in and using this product every three months keeps my coffee tasting good.

I bought this scale remover because my Keurig unit was starting to only produce anywhere from 3oz to 6oz when I wanted a 10oz cup. In the past I have used vinegar but I hated the smell and it not cleaned correctly it would instantly ruin my coffee as soon as I added milk. I tried this scale remover and it worked as described, it had no smell what so ever and it helped my unit by unclogging the inner solenoid. It took about a day for my unit to return back to normal. It may not fix all unit if they are too damaged do to scale build up, it's always better to use distilled water to begin with but everyone has a preference.

Tried using white vinegar and it instantly clogged our Keurig. I had no idea this stuff existed and I'm glad we found it! Seemed to work great and our Keurig is finally making full cups of coffee again!

Easy to use . It tells how to use right on the bottle. It’s a lot easier to use this then to try to use some thing else that you have to guess at . It descaled my pot and it makes it last longer and keeps it working right . I will definitely buy this again.

Our Keruig stopped working. It wouldn’t process water through properly and would just barely spit water out. Put this through once and it worked perfectly. We did flush water through it several times before drinking it again.

This descaling solution is perfect for handling that activity and keurig makes it even easier with this item. BB has a great price compared to other places for this item and is always readily available for purchase.

The Keurig - Descaling Solution is a must have/must do if you want to keep it working well and the lengthen the life of the appliance. I would recommend using only the Keurig version and would not advise using off brand products. It is very convenient that they sell this at Best Buy!

My Keurig was running slow and sluggish. Once my descaling light came on, I purchased this and its working again just like new! The instructions are easy to follow and brings your Keurig back to life.

Satisfied with the results, but here's what you have to do. First, the amount of solution needed is based on your model. I needed the whole bottle. Second, you empty the descaling solution into your brewer's reservoir. Next you fill the entire bottle with water and empty that in your brewer. Then you let that sit for 30 minutes. Afterwards you completely fill the reservoir and brew at least 12 of your largest cup choices of fresh water, refilling the reservoir as needed. You can stop this process when the debris and sediment are no longer dislodged during the brewing process. I think it took 15-16 brews in my experience. Upon completion, you will notice an improvement in the brewing process. I also replaced the filter.

I was pretty sceptical as to whether this would clean up an old Keurig which was given to me by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised how it got rid of all of the deposits in the tank and now it looks like new!

Yes, it does the job but there are lower cost options out there that work just as well. Make sure you repeat steps several times as they recommend to get best results.

I knew what descaling a Keurig is, but I had no idea how important it was when nearly a year after I purchased mine, it started running poorly. Coffee and even just hot water started coming out sluggishly. The official Keurig descaling solution returned my Keurig to nearly new without adding any foul odors to the machine, which using white vinegar would've done. There is a slight scene to the descaling solution, but it's very faint. Overall, it's a good product, but I wish it were cheaper.
