Easy directions for use. A bit pricey for bottle size.

First time using this product. After cleaning my coffee tastes better.

Friends have tried other solutions with their Keurig but some have left an unpleasant odor or taste. This solution worked quite well with no residual after taste. It doesn’t take long to use and directions are very easy.

I'm not sure what to say regarding this product. I poured it into my single serve Keurig water holding tank and then pushed the button on top of the Keurig single serve coffee maker. It started to pull the solution into the heating tank and then all of a sudden my Keurig quit working. I unplugged the machine and let it set for 30 minutes and then plugged it back in again. I pressed the coffee button, but I could not get the coffee maker to come back on. I'm not sure what exactly happened but the coffee maker never worked again. I had to order a new one. I think next time I will just use diluted white vinegar to descale my machine, like my Mom always used. I'm not feeling very confident about this product.

My coffee never tasted better! Worked like a charm, just have to follow the directions!

I feel the descaling solution freshened my coffee brewer right where it needs to be. I trust in the Keurig name and it's the only solution I would use on my machine.

Descaling is a must for these machines. Very happy to be able to use my Best Buy points to buy this with. Works great. Would purchase again. I love my Keurig and all its products to go with it.

I have had Kuerig coffee makers for many years. Their product works like a charm. Just follow the directions and you will be pleased with the results.

It is for the taste of your coffee to clean the inside of your machine. I do this every 6 months. The quality of the coffee improves.

Easy to use, instructions on bottle not there, learned on line from other Keurig users. This product seemed to work, machine working good, rinsed a lot to flush out the descaling solution, just to be sure its cleaned out good.

This solution cleaned my Keurig extremely well with little fuss. Although it takes a bit of time to rinse the coffee maker after the clearning step, it takes no longer than any other cleaning regimen.

Just follow the instructions on your Kuerig and it works good. No need to figure out home made remedy of mixing vinegar and water. There is a ph balance that needs to be taken into account.

Product works unbelievably we were able to get a great cup of coffee again. We will try to remember to keep descaling the coffee maker because it really really help
