Great deal on sale. Appears to work well and have been using it for the past few years. Not sure how much better it is than vinegar.

I purchased the Keurig descaling solution after feeling guilty for skipping the descale reminder for the second time. I love my Keurig and want it running smoothly so I purchased this solution. I agree with others, it’s very pricey, but it does a better job than vinegar. I tried white vinegar like others have suggested and it takes longer and more cycles to complete your clean. Ultimately, the goal is to empty your water resivour, fill with white vinegar or the Keurig solution and water, run a few cycles, let it sit, run 12+ cups of water through. I’ll let you make the call, is it better to use vinegar and save a few dollars, or use the branded solution? I personally feel the Keurig solution works quicker, does a better job, and doesn’t give off the putrid vinegar smell. My solution is to simply run the Keurig solution every other time I get notified. After all, the cost I’m saving on coffee more than pays for the $12 solution. I rate this a 4/5 due to the cost (which is the only downfall...let’s be honest, if this solution costed the same as white vingear you’d use it too without question).

Works as advertised. I had not cleaned out my Keurig in 3 years. It was showing signs of clogging with water flow becoming very slow. Went through the recommended cycles and saw a lot of gunk come out of my machine. Now it runs like new and the coffee tastes much better than it used to. Remember to thoroughly clean out the cleaning solution so you don't get a weird taste in your coffee. (Works the first time unlike vinegar which can take 3-4 times to clean as effectively.)

Purchased for $10 each on one day sale. Works excellent with Keurig coffee makers. My older Keurig was having issues with making coffees and making hot water. But after descaling with this product my coffee maker was just like new. I recommend using the whole bottle but divided into 2 sections and leaving the solution to 2-3 hrs each time for better results

Keurig Mini would not heat and dispense water. Went online to see what the problem could be. Problem was it needed descaled. De-sided to try this solution. Followed the easy instructions for and within an hour, had my coffee. Great stuff, easy to use, just a little time consuming.

Easy to use . It tells how to use right on the bottle. It’s a lot easier to use this then to try to use some thing else that you have to guess at . It descaled my pot and it makes it last longer and keeps it working right . I will definitely buy this again.

I have tried using white vinegar to clean my Keurig. But, it never cleans as well as this descaling solution. I love my coffee and it is worth using this product to get the best-tasting coffee in my so-easy-to-use Keurig.

Friends have tried other solutions with their Keurig but some have left an unpleasant odor or taste. This solution worked quite well with no residual after taste. It doesn’t take long to use and directions are very easy.

This is a must have if you own a Keurig. It is basically citric acid in a bottle. A safe and effective cleaner for the blessed coffee maker. Inside the label are the instructions for the different types of Keurig machines. If you use spring water, well water or even "city" water the Keurig builds up minerals that affect the coffee. These are way too expensive and they only have small bottles. An alternative is distilled white vinegar make sure to run rinse brew cycles otherwise you'll experience yucky coffee. Vinegar may or may not damage internal parts of the Keurig. Keurig please provide a gallon size bottle of this... think of the environment?

This cleaner works very well. I think the price is a little high for a cleaner, but is does cleaning job on my Keurig coffee maker. This is the second purchase of this product I have made.

I definitely needed this to clean my Keurig. Tried other brands that worked, but not as good as this one. Price was inline with others.

This is an Urnex descaling solution, best in the market, made in US. It's made for Keurig and the benefit is that the bottle is pre-measured for use with Keurig machines. Note: I'd suggest you let the Keurig cool down a bit in between washes. Mine overheated and tripped a non-serviceable breaker. It's a very difficult machine to fix. I fixed it but I would not recommend anyone to go through that. Note that this has nothing to do with the descaling solution itself. Urnex descaling solution is also used on commercial espresso machines at coffee shops, and as I said, made in USA.

Worked exactly as expected. I've been using vinegar in my Keurig to descale and it just wasn't' doing the trick. I tried this and it worked like a charm!

Great product its very easy to use and does a great job of cleaning my Keurig coffee machine. The easy to follow directions are right on the bottle.
