Shortly after, every time I turned around someone wasn't working right on it. It was used at work for a group of around 10 employees. We couldn't enjoy it because something was always wrong with it.

So I went with the good one. Well, I thought it was the good one but here we are not even five months later and another Keurig crapped out. Very disappointed. I’ve done all the fixes I have Clean the needles, I have done the descaling… Multiple times. It still does not work. The same thing happened with my last Keurig. No matter what I did it did not work. What a waste of money. Now I have to buy a new coffee maker

It does both hot and cold coffee. I prefer iced coffee and this makes it just like the coffee places. It doesn't melt the ice either. This works perfectly for our family since it does both hot and cold.

And it’s too late for me to return product. Unless I bought the extra 30$ bs protection plan. There isn’t much to a kurig it’s a insta-hot and a k cup holder. How do you mess that up?
