    I bought this Keurig December 2023 as my wifes X-mas gift and now on May 30, 2024 it has stopped working. My wife was making a coffee as normal before work and it brewed just a little amount and stopped out of nowhere and now wont turn on. Not even a year with this machine and its broken.

    I really liked the slim design and separate milk frother but I’ve this Keurig for 33 days and it just stopped working, I can’t get it to turn on at all. I called Best Buy and since it is past 30 days there is nothing they can do. I had seen some reviews saying the same thing but didn’t take them seriously, certainly wish I would have now.

    Worked 4 only 4 uses,once it stopped working had a hard time with best buy staff trying to exchange, so went directly to kurig

    Every time I want to brew a 10z cup of coffee I get 4oz. Buy with caution

    I replaced the old Keurig with this one. I love that this one is smaller, it makes coffee faster and the frother is so easy to use.

    Where is the off button?

    Can't find the off button. Reaching behind to unplug is a pain in the neck. I don't think there is an off button.
