My wife was making a coffee as normal before work and it brewed just a little amount and stopped out of nowhere and now wont turn on. Not even a year with this machine and its broken.

I called Best Buy and since it is past 30 days there is nothing they can do. I had seen some reviews saying the same thing but didn’t take them seriously, certainly wish I would have now.
