    The frother is what drew me to this one. I thought it would be neat to make capps and lattes. It was too, but after a year the frother stopped working and then it became a large regular machine. The "shot" button just slows down the pour through your grounds. If you purchase this definitely get the replacement plan..

    I’m giving it a 4 star because I’ve heard a lot of rumors of the frother stop working after a few months we will see after I have it that long

    Overall the device does what its supposed to however we have noticed about weekly one of the k cups ends up brewing and grinds end up getting in the coffee. We clean it based on keurig directions and havent had this issue in the past with other keurigs but in order to fix it just run cleaning solution through it and it works fine again. Just seems like has this issue too frequently.
