    Love it. Everything is great especially the wifi Bluetooth allows coffees to be made before i get to the kitchen. Wonderful product!

    The machine is great but it doesnt always read that I put in a new pod and I have to lift the handle and close it multiple times for it to allow me to brew.

    Nice coffee with very bad quality and no warranty

    After having a competitor machine, I decided to gift my this Keurig machine. We used it for less than 3 months less than 5 times daily. It has an application that connects to the machine and helps tracking status and buying caps. Unfortunately, it broke down early january and Keurig is not honoring the warranty - they say that the serial number does not match their records even though I have the receipt and the machine was online. I am sitting with a very expensive lemon...

    Returned because it stopped working after a few weeks. The smart component might be the real issue. App to dowload info did not function properly.

    I was very disappointed. I can’t connect it to WiFi unless I have the machine on my coffee table in my living room. My kitchen is maybe 20 feet away from router. I can’t make a latte unless I’m connected to WiFi. And then to top it off Best Buy only gives you 15 days to make returns/exchanges. And I was 6 days late when I called to try to return. What a waste of $250 for something that doesn’t even work.

    The frother is isn’t really remarkable and the brewing settings sometimes freeze, delaying the ability to brew. I think the idea behind adding technology to a coffee maker is clever, but I’m not sure Keurig has really mastered this just yet…
