I have had a Keurig K-Elite for a few years, which I have enjoyed. However, I read reviews how the K-Cafe SMART could deliver better flavor with five needle point entries instead the traditional single one, which Keurig calls MultiStream Technology. Keurig has delivered on this claim, and my cups of coffee have been bolder and richer in flavor. This coffee machine also heats up and brews really quickly. I also like the milk frother, which can heat up milk and froth cold milk. It can also froth plant-based milk like almond milk pretty well. However, you can't use the frother and brew coffee at the same time, but it's not that big of a deal. I froth milk first and then brew coffee for my cappuccinos. Both the milk frother and machine are very quiet. The K-Cafe SMART can also provide intense 2 oz or 4 oz coffee shots, for which I recommend using darker roast K-Cup Pods to get the most flavorful cappuccinos, lattes, and other mixed drinks. The machine can also be used with Keurig's app to help you save the settings for your favorite types of brews based on strength, temperature, and more. Otherwise, I don't use the app much. I also like the small footprint of the machine. Compared to the older version of the K-Cafe, this machine does not take up a lot of countertop space. The K-Cafe SMART is a bit pricey, but if you are looking to brew flavorful cups of coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos like a barista, I highly recommend this. It is the best Keurig machine that I have used and owned.

I'm writing this review after 7 months using this coffee maker. We bought this to replace a K-Café that stored working after 3 years of 4-5 cups per day (between 3 people). This makes coffee as good as can be expected for a pod coffee maker. The temperature and strength choices really make a difference in flavor. The official Keurig reusable K-Cup (not included) makes it possible to use your own fresh ground coffee, and the temperature and strength controls make it very easy to get just the right flavor. The milk frother does an excellent job with hot or cold drinks, and is a big improvement over the K-Café. We have had it randomly turn on when we weren't using it, so we just keep it off to the side when not in use. This is the only reason I made this a 4-star review instead of 5. When we use it, it works perfectly fine. The connected app works well, but we haven't used it since the first week. The water tank is very well made, designed more like a pitcher and easier to handle than other Keurig tank designs.

This machine is great. It's making better tasting coffee than some of my usual go to coffee shops. And definitely better tasting than some of the lower Keurig models. The frother is a game changer and it actually works great. And its still on the affordable side compared to some of the other options from different brands. Very happy with it so far.

I bought this a few years ago when I started working from home and it has been one of the best investments. I can put a cup and pod in at night and then use the wifi connection to start my coffee before I leave, so I can grab it and get to work. Sometimes the wfi disconnects and it will flash the message at you to reconnect, but it still works well without the connection. I also use the reusable pods so I am not spending as much money on the k-cups themselves.

Excellent upgrade. Coffee maker is really intuitive and easily customizable. Great looking. I had the previous cafe model which was great, but this one is better. Great milk frother as well.

Good coffee maker a nice upgrade over my keurig slim. Like being able to customize my cup of coffee. Could not sync wifi with my android it worked instantly with ios.

It makes coffee very well and the brother works great, but connection to WiFi seems basically impossible.

It's nice when it works smoothly, but sometimes it's glitchy. Sometimes it will say there's a used pod in it when I actually just put a new one in. It also forces you to waste water. There's no min line but it always tells me to add more water. Then I end up pouring the extra water down the drain. I don't want to leave the extra water sitting in it because I don't use it everyday. I don't like wasting the water because I use water from my Culligan water cooler. Adding a picture that shows how much water is left after I make a cup of coffee. It gets poured down the drain and wasted.

i had to replace the one my fiance bought me because it stopped working. I wasn't looking to spend a bunch of money on a new one, but I wanted certain features that my previous one had. This one fulfilled that need plus some. It has been great, coffee tastes good, easy to work and the water reservoir when filled lasts me about a week before I need to refill it. I setup the Keurig app with the auto-replenish and it has already automatically replenished one of my coffees based on how many pods I had left.

I love everything about this keurig this is my 3rd machine and by far the best. I love how i can set everything from my phone and that is reads every pod and how you can set your favorites

Replaced an older keurig. Works great. Has more options but don’t see the need for an app.

Had wanted such a Keurig for several years and happy to purchase this one. The frothier makes both hot & cold. Great for my cafe mochas. The water tank is highly visible to know when to top off. The coffee is great and it's easy to use.

Space saver of a device brews very well. Like the different choices of brew strength.

Love my new Keurig! Makes hot, frothed milk with the touch of a button, at the perfect temperature. Then starts my coffee. So easy! Would definitely recommend and buy again!

I was skeptical at first about a Keurig with WiFi compatibility, but let me tell you, it's GREAT! The night before, I make sure there's a mug and K cup pod in place, then the next morning I just hit 'Brew' in the app on my phone! No having to stumble downstairs to put in a pod and rummage for a coffee mug. Plus, you can customize your brew and save it as your favorite. The only down side I can think of is that if anyone else in your household wants to use this function, they have to sign in on your account - there's no ability to add users or give them their own access. Hopefully this will change in time. The good outweighs the bad, though, no regrets here.

The nicest model available IMO. Price was on par with most other retailers so no complaints there. A must buy for anyone who enjoys a variety of drinks & not just hot coffee.

Makes great coffee and has some awesome features. Got it for Christmas, and am already experiencing an issue of it stating to add water even when water reservoir is full.

My wife absolutely love this Keurig it make a great cup of coffee the Basic are always a plus and if you want a gourmet cup of coffee or latte this can handle that and a whole lot more.
