Good interface. Odd design. The milk frother sits in the way…in front of the water reservoir. Most of our use is for coffee, so we add water far more often than use the milk frother.

Multitasking at its finest. Whatever you are in the mood for whether it be, latte, frap, coffee, ice coffee, this is capable of it. Also has the wifi option if you would to download the app to start your brewing from your bedroom or get recipes especially around the holidays.

Love my coffee pot. I’m not a person that likes black coffee or with just creamer. And I really don’t like going and spending $6 for a cup. So this gives me everything I want. My daughter and I both love to experiment with the different recipes they offer on the Keurig app. Amazing coffee.

Excellent coffee/tea maker. Easy to use. Our first one completely shut down after 4 months of use and just would not turn on. Being a Total Tech Member did help a lot. Best Buy simply processed the return asking if I wanted store credit or an exchange. I opted for the exchange and it arrived earlier than expected. The ability to set the temperature and how the Kuwait is able to identify the pods is really helpful.

This is a nice single-cup brewer, and the frother is a fun addition. My only problem with it is that Keurig now has 5 prongs to pierce the K-Cups, and it seems to allow more grounds to get into my cup. The wi-fi options for the Keurig app is a nice addition to the brand.

Upgraded Keurig after the old one went out. This K Cafe appears more robust and better designed with more options than the older one. I only use it for coffee but the wife makes latte's and such with the frother and she loves it. As far as performance it works perfect every time dialing up the exact strength of your brew.

I was excited when I purchased the Keurig K-Cafe Smart Single Serve Coffee Maker with additional Keurig products and accessories but when I got it home, I followed the instructions given but it took forever as the app would not connect to the coffee make. I had to reset it at least 5 times. Then, the BrewID would not recognize any of the Keurig pods I had just purchased. I went through three of them trying to get the BrewID to recognize them but it wouldn't. I wasted product. One of them even spilled out all over and took forever to clean all the nook and crannies. I then tried an off brand pod and it recognized it for some reason! Ugh. All this while it kept dropping connection and I had to repeatedly log-in while ruining and switching out pods trying to get it to work. It was so frustrating. It took hours to realize it was just stupid and would not work as expected. I was really disappointed and will never buy another Keurig product again. BrewID is stupid and there is no way to bypass it to just make a cup of coffee. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and maybe use my phone to make it while in bed. Keurig sucks. That was torture. Now I have all these extra accessories I can't return. Great.

great product, easy to use, and very tasty coffee.

Easy to use. The app is great. Had problems to connect with android phone, but Apple products dont have any problems. Large variety of presets and has a memory of favorites on board. Also the feature with the app allows you to make a coffee from the distance. I make a coffee from the garage and it’s done as I enter the kitchen.

Excellent Quality! Every cup of coffe and latte is delicious.

I get a fresh cup of good coffee whenever I want. The lattes I can make now rival Starbucks or any coffee shop. The app does have some recipes to go by and that has been helpful. I use the filtered water from my refrigerator and my coffee tastes fine. I would certainly buy this coffeemaker again.

works great for me not bad to set up if you don’t understand the instructions go to youtube it lots of videos on the setup. works well i haven’t been to starbucks in weeks.

This Keurig is a delight to use. It makes a much better (stronger and more flavorful) cup of coffee than our old one. Haven't used our drip maker since we got this one. I also like the ability to store and retrieve 10 different brewing recipes. I don't really care about the wireless connection part but some may like it.

Absolutely love making any type of concotion in this machine. Want black coffee? Fine. Want Latte with foamed milk? Fine. Want tea? No problem. Just want hot water? Gotcha covered.

Makes great iced coffee. Lattes are decent. Overall a good product for the price
