She tells me it helps her out everyday. Using the wireless settings and other gadgets are really useful it was worth buying.

Loving this new KEURIG MODEL

It froths the milk perfectly and it stays hot, The flavor of the coffee taste so much bolder than the older Keurig .

Love my new Keurig

It’s so cool how it knows what kind of pods you use. Being able to really customize my cup of coffee is wonderful and since we each drink it differently, it’s really handy. I haven’t tried the frother yet but soon!

Frothing Issues

The power stops working after just a few weeks, and even when it does work, it often fails to froth milk properly. On rare occasions, it performs well, but that’s not consistent. We handled it with care, yet the performance was unreliable. Thanks to Best Buy’s return policy, we were able to exchange it for a replacement, but the new one was even worse—completely stopped working after a few months. To be clear, my review is solely about the frother; everything else works fine.”

Well thought out

The physical buttons are much more responsive than any of the prior touch screens, the water jug is the easiest to refill and also to tell if its getting dirty. The area the pod goes in is much simpler and easier to clean.

Nothing but trouble

The milk frother works so rarely that I stopped trying to use it, the wi-fi connectivity goes out sometimes and won't reconnect for weeks, and I could have kept using it but the past week it stopped producing a decent cup of coffee. Either there's 4 streams of pure water and coffee grounds everywhere, or it's making a stream of coffee so weak it looks like tea and tastes like coffee water.

Horrible customer service

Since it was on sale when I returned it, it wasn’t on sale anymore and they would not honor it so I decided not to buy it again because they were gonna charge me an extra $15 customer service over there is absolutely awful would never buy from that Best Buy ever again
