Love the design and ease of use. Didn't love the delivery was less than great..Smashed up box but somehow the machine seemed to survive... Good sign of durability.. So far!

Short Lifespan

The first time it went out after about 4 months. I thought I got a dud, so I bought another one and this time I purchased the total tech protection. Well it went out again after about a year. I don't know how long these should last but I don't use it everyday, so I would hope a little longer than they did. I only use it on the weekends since I drink coffee at work. Right now we're just using the regular k-cup part of it but I bought it specifically for the froth in my lattes.
