You don't have to wait for the water to heat up which is a added benefit. You have a choice of 3 different cup sizes at the touch of a button. I also like that fact that it has a reservoir so you don't have to fill the water up every time you want a cup.

This machine does everything you need it to do.

Excellent keurig for the price

I personally use the iced coffee and different brew sizes quite a bit so I would choose the k-elite over this. However, if you can live without those feature (plus temperature control), then this is an excellent value.

Works fine. Could use faster heat.

The only thing I could fault it on is the heating mechanism. It seems to have a very small pump to pull water into the machine which seems like it doubles the time to heat. The reservoir is also smaller than I planned on, but that is not a fault of the product. If you and/or whomever else drinks 3 cups of coffee every morning. Expect to fill the reservoir every morning.

Kcup version v 2.0
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Had to buy this model to replace an older keurig because the newer model keurig require "2.0 cups". The pods have to say "2.0" or have a "QR" code on it or it won't work. I Called keurig to see if there was an adapter or any way to get around it - "sorry nothing available" although frustrated at keurig, at least I found a machine to use my stock pile of "kCups". The Lesson is don't stock pile
