As always the cap for the water well is always cumbersome (and on other models as well). Otherwise it's fine and does its job well.

Its brews small cup of coffee

Normal people are used to drinking at least 12 ounces of coffee. The largest size this machine dispenses is 10 ounces. You constantly have to wait for the machine to warm the water for each cup used.

It is great to make a quick drink, the tank keeps the water ready to go and unlike a regular coffee maker there is no waste.

I have owned a Keurig for many years and have always been extremely happy with it and needed to replace the one that destroyed, Cant live without my Keurig!!!!

Wish I'd bought higher priced model

I like if for what it does but miss the ability to use the 'my k-cup' for regular ground coffee and tea. That's the main feature i miss the others I can live with. Next time I'll do my homework better.

The only problem is about My K-Cup (because regular K-cup is expensive) which doesn't dispense properly. So I just put a used k-cup on the My k-cup and it's brews properly now.

Like the three settings for different size mugs and the fact that you can combine two sizes to get an even larger amount of beverage. So far it meets all my requirements.
