We love this model! Easy to use, great price too! We can use any brand of the cups and we also bought reusable ones. We ordered this coffee maker online to exchange another brand we bought. The exchange went quickly and smoothly! Our whole experience with this Keurig and Best Buy has been very positive.

Purchased this on sale, and found it to be an excellent coffee maker at a good value. It is convenient to set and brew while getting ready to go in the morning. It has a large reservoir for water and no issues with brewing different sizes. My to go mug is quite tall, but pulling out the spill drip gives it enough room to fit underneath. I recommend it if you are in the market, but be wary of k cup costs or plan to buy a reusable pod.

This us the most gorgeous shade of blue. It's so convenient and easy to use. And, before I got this, I didn't realize how much I would enjoy choosing different coffees from a k-cup variety pack. I am really enjoying my Keurig!

This was an upgrade from my previous Keurig (the first model) which finally gave out after 7 years and hundreds and hundreds of cups of coffee. This new model is easy to use and extremely quick and convenient. I highly recommend these units for any coffee lover!!

The coffeemaker works well! I like that it has a water compartment to keep the water in the unit so just have to put your pod or can buy the piece to use with ground coffee! This coffee maker gives you the option to pick the cup size. Very easy to operate!

I purchased this item as a birthday gift to my 10 & 11 year old daughters. To motivate them to get up early for school and be more responsible. They love it and it is very easy to use and works fast. I only had to teach them once on how to use it and they caught on to it since then.

Works great, heats up extremely fast, good flavor, lots of variety, adjustable cup sizes! I always stuck to my old 10 cup mr. Coffee, I won't lie I still use that one, but for a single cup this is perfect! I use it for my hot green tea, and it works perfectly!

I love this product. It’s smaller so it’s perfect for sitting on the kitchen counter. For just two people on the house the water reservoir is large enough. Simple and fast to use! Absolutely love it. We aren’t huge coffee drinkers so the amount it can make for the cups is wonderful.

I can't live without my keurig! The quality is amazing! I don't buy cheap generic kcups. I have actually saved myself some money because I don't go to starbucks as much anymore. When I brew it at home, I get that same amazing smell! If you love coffee like I do, you'll know what I mean!

I was very iffy about getting this, especially with the high price. But I love it, works great.

We have a keurig maker at work and it makes coffee flawlessly. I decided to get one for home. Following the step by step directions was very easy and I had coffee in no time. Clean up is very easy. I will definitely recommend this to anyone!
