A four ONLY because the pumps tend to die.

This model has a few improvements over previous models including a better water flow system that I hope will help the pump not to die after two years of use. Why do I give such an exquisite coffee maker a four stars? The pumps tend to stop working after about two years. Perhaps this is planned obsolescence.

Simple and easy to use with excellent variety of all brands k-cup products. Heats quickly and can select beverage size but not beverage strength.

Long-time Keurig buyer

We've purchased other models with the water tank on the back and it is harder to reach when you have it under cabinets. This one is our favorite. Just bought it for our daughter going off to college. They use it for so many other things, not just hot beverages. Great product.
